After discussing it with one of the editors at Gold Eagle, as well as Laurence himself, I decided to use the 2096 starting date. For a more detailed Timeline check out the Deathlands Timeline. The link is located on my links page. He did a hell of a job and its really worth checking out.

Ok, Due to some problems encountered in the novels written by the other authors, I have to make a few changes to the timeline. Also, unlike with Laurence's books, I don't mind guessing dates with the other authors works. If you (the author) want to correct my mistakes, please send me a email message at chrisv@nucleus.com

In skydark, the first thing is I had to create a 'Second' Mutant war. Due to the fact that the author said that Ryan participated in the mutant wars which occurred in 2068. If that was the case, he would have been 8 years old! In the book, the author mentioned that Ryan was only a little older than Jak, which would place him in his late teens. So I had to change the timeline to accommodate this.

In Nightmare Passage, the man known as Danielson was supposed to have know Ryan and JB. that is impossible as Ryan and JB were not part of Trader's organization at that time. The only way that he could know about them is from hearing about their exploits over the years.

I've now taken several liberties in times and dates with the other authors books so that they will fit inside the timeline.

6000-4000 B.C, The city of Kharo-Khoto, later known as the Black city by Mongolia nomads is a major commerce center in the southwestern Gobi Desert.  Legend has it that it contained the sacred flame, an incredibly powerful source of energy.  Historians have speculated that during this period that the Gobi had actually been a very fertile region.  Some time in the mists of history some global cataclysm turns the region into a desert. It is theorized that the city had been the capital of an unknown civilization.

3000 B.C.  During the third millennium, major monuments are constructed, including the first phase of Stonehenge.  The great chambered tumulus of Newgrange, on the northern bank of the Boyne in Ireland, is in use during this period as part of the megalithic tomb tradition.  Megalithic structures such as Stonehenge and Newgrange were deliberately constructed above 'points of power' - natural vortices in the quantum field and represent expressions of hyper dimensional mathematics. Hyper dimensional theory provides a fundamental connection between the four forces of nature, a connection between uphill and downhill energy flows between dimensions.  Some ancient cultures are aware of these vortices and manipulate the energies in the megalithic structures to open portals into other realms of existence.

1400-1200 B.C. During the advance of teh Israelites into Canaan, Joshua and his army attack the city of Jericho.  This event was well documented in the Christian Bible.  The walls of the city were brought down using the holy ark of the Covenant.  It is theorized that it was some sort of sonic attack, possibly a bombardment that destroyed the walls and allowed  Joshua to take the city.

356-323 B.C. Alexander the Great was born. He is reputed to be one of the greatest military geniuses ever known.  He was the son of Phillip 2nd of Macedonia, Alexander eventually goes on to conquer Egypt, Persia and part of India before his Death. It is rumored that during his life he used a primitive Diving bell to decent into the depths of the ocean.

334-332 B.C.  During the war in Persia, Alexander the great passed through Phrygia and cuts the Gordian knot with his sword.  This knot, which was tied by an ancient Phrygian king named Gordius, was supposedly so fiendishly complicated that it could not be untied.  According to ancient prophecy, it was to be undone only by the man who should rule Asia.  Alexander the Great invaded Egypt and assumed the role of Pharaoh. His general, and successor, Ptolemy, established a long dynasty. His Dynasty included Cleopatra. In Egypt, Alexander founded the city of Alexandria at the mouth of the Nile.  This city later becomes the literary, scientific and commercial center of the ancient world.

300 B.C. The emerald Isle of Ireland is colonized by a third wave of invaders. The semi mythological Tuatha De Danaan, who displaced the previous Firbolg population. According to ancient tradition, the Tuatha De Danaan head into Ireland on a magic city of light and founded four great centers of wisdom and learning. The sites of these cities are allegedly entrances to the Bru' magical places not inhabited by humans.  According to legend, the Danaan are considered to have arrived in Ireland from outside humanities narrow concepts of space and time. The Danaan brought with them four treasures.  The first was the Lia Fail (Stone of Destiny), the second was the sword of Nuadu, the third the Spear of Lugh the Long Arm, and the fourth the Cauldron of the Dagda.  Over the course of centuries the Tuatha De Danaan are known by many names, such as the Sidhe and the Gentry. A short while after arriving the Tuatha De Danaan fight two battles. The first against the previous invaders, the Firbolg.  A legendary champion Cuchulainn rescues Fand, a high princess of the Danaan Race.

150 B.C. The last major Celtic settlement in Ireland is built when the Children of Miled flee from Roman incursions into the Iberian Peninsula. They invade Ireland at Kerry in the south and the Boyne estuary in the east.  The inhabitants during this period, the Tuatha De Danaan are rumored to have returned to Tir na' Nog with the treasure they had brought. Other legends state that the Tuatha De Danaan are supposedly went underground and became immortal.

200 A.D. Khara Bator Janiyn, known in Mandarin as Hara-Tzyan-Tzyun, a warrior and a mystic who could speak the black words, or magic formulas and spells, built a city on the location of Kharo-Khotot.  This is the latest in a long line of many cities that existed on the site over the centuries since the initial city was founded. Khara Bator supposedly also possessed a vast and magical treasure.  His power grew so great that the Chinese emperor feared him and ended up dispatching an army to subdue the man.  His city comes under siege for years.  Eventually the Chinese emperor arrived and somehow cut off the water supply to the city.  Khara Bator and his people are determined to die fighting, but his favorite daughter persuaded him to flee the city, while she opened the gates for the Chinese army.  During his flight from the city, Khara Bator speaks the black words which transformed the Fertile country around into barren wastes. The Chinese forces abandon the city, without plundering the legendary treasures.

1800's: The cult known as the Skotpsi florish in Russia for several years before they are almost wiped out buy the powers that be.  The survivors go into hiding but the cult survives.

1868: February 14^th: Theophilus Tanner is born.

1891: Doctor Tanner marries his sweetheart Emily

1893: Doctor Tanners first Child Rachel is born.

1895: Doctor Tanners second child Jolyon is born.

1896: Dr. Silas Jamaisvous appears out of nowhere in a vacant lot in Omaha Nebraska, where he meets Emily Tanner.

1896: November: Doctor Tanner disappears without a trace in front of his wife Emily and two Children. Both children are torn apart by the forces unleashed by the trawling and are instantly killed. Emily Tanner is institutionalized later that year.

1908: June 8th An Archon ship crashes in Siberia, causing a massive almost nuclear like explosion.  In the wreckage they found Balam.  The Archon was eventually given to the Americans. 

1925: Hollywood film makers build an Elaborate set depicting Ancient Egypt in the Guadalupe Desert. When the filming is complete, the set is buried.

1930's: A series of hurricanes wipe out the majority of Puerto Rico's coffee trees.

1947: Another Archon ship crashes near Roswell New Mexico.  C.W. Thrush orders it to be covered up and that no news to be allowed to leak to the public. 

1950: After the end of the second world war and the heating up of hostilities between the east and west, the united states government begins to construct huge underground complexes that would house the government in time of war.

1952: Mohandas Lakesh Singh is born in Kashmire, India.

1953. The United States Government enters a pact with the Archons.

1957: Drake Burroughs is born.

1960: A Japanese business man and a woman of ill repute are trawled from their limo.

1964: December 17th. Mildred Wyeth is born.

1965: Mildred Wyeth's father is killed by the KKK.

1968: June 3rd. Dr. Geraldo Vidal and his wife were travelling by car in Argentina when they encountered a strange fog. When they awoke, they discovered that they were now in Mexico. It was one of the failed attempts of operation Chronos.

1968: Mohandas Lakesh Singh comes to America on a scholarship. 

1969: The construction of huge underground instillations across the united states slows down to a mere trickle of what it had been.

1969: Mildreds uncle Josh takes her with him on a trip to California, to Kings Canyon.

1970: March 22^nd. Richard Neal Ginsberg is born to Jack and Naomi Ginsberg.

1970: The year when what is known as the Black Helicopter Phenomenon begins. They are mainly seen in remote locations and sometimes were witnessed travelling with UFO's.

1971: Mohandas Lakesh Singh receives his doctorate in Cybernetics and Quantum mechanics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

1970: Mohandas Lakesh Singh is wooed away from NASA by a govenment contract electronics company. He found himself working in a military base outside Dulce New Mexico.

1975: August 21: The Freedom mall opens to the public in Virginia.

1980: COG or Continuity of Government begins. All over the nation secret stockpiles of food, equipment, weapons and goods were deployed, as well as large bases or 'Redoubts' were constructed to allow the government to continue functioning in the event of a nuclear holocaust.

1981: Michael Brother's is born, then given to the care of the monks in the monastery of Nil-Vanity, in California.

1981: The oil refinery at Virtue lake is built and goes into production.

1987: The Legendary creatures known as Chupacabras begin to reappear in Puerto Rico.

1989: The Freedom city hotel and resort is built in Virginia by a powerful T.V. Evangelist. It turns into the Vegas of the East Coast.

1989: The Freedom city mall is expanded in size. Another 350,000 feet are added to the mall.

1989: The technology for the Matter Transmitters is perfected. Lakesh is the first man to use the transmitters.

1991: In major cities urban warfare training programs were used wherein house to house searches for illegal firearms were conducted by men wearing black armour and travelling in the black helicopters

1992: Victor Boldt is born in England.

1992: Dr. Wells gets divorced from his wife.

1992: Alaska Holds an Event known as Police 2000. Military and Police personnel from Canada, the United States as well as Russia participated. They merged together to become a transnational police organisation designed to protect the upcoming 'global village'

1993: Dr. Connaught O'brien obtains notoriety as she supports selective breeding to create a super race, as it were. She disappears from the lime light shortly afterwards.

1993: The staff in Dulce New Mexico are forced to stick to a tight timetable. They also begin to manufacture the Mat-Trans units in Modular form for ease of placement throughout the United States and the rest of the world.

1994: An AIDS epidemic hits the united states. In Chicago one person in eleven died. In new York, one in fourteen. In San Francisco, one in nine died.

1994: A Powerful T.V. Evangelist is exposed as a greedy, disturbed man. He openly weeps as his sins are exposed and he is stripped of his wealth.

1994: April 30th. The originating date for a Document that is likely the origin of the Magistrate Division.

1994: A presidential directive was signed that opened the door to direct intervention in domestic affairs by officers of the international police agency.

1996: Mildred Wyeth wins the silver medal in the Olympics in the free shooting Competition.

1996: Construction on Redoubt Bravo, also known as Cerberus redoubt is completed and it begins to produce modular form Mat Trans units for other redoubts as well special locations.

1997: The end of the Black Helicopter Phenomenon.

1997: Mount Rushmore is taken over by the government. Construction on a huge 15 level redoubt known as the Anthill complex begins.

1997: The remains of Judge Carter arrive in the present and are quickly disposed of. The amalgam of the Japanese business man and the call girl that were trawled from 1960 were likewise disposed of.

1998: Construction on huge numbers of Redoubts begins after

1998: Doctor Theophilus Tanner only successful target for Time Trawling. He arrives intact in the Chicago Illinois redoubt. When he awakens he meets Dr. Wells and wants to know exactly what happened to his family. Despite being as weak as a kitten he's ready to put up a hell of a fight.

1998: Doc Tanner is inside the Dulce New Mexico Redoubt. Here he is under constant interrogation by wells. Enraged by his treatment at the hands of Wells, he steals the man's note book and reads the entries and starts to destroy it before finally being forced into submission. A man named Allan Harvey gives Doc Tanner a picture of his wife Emily from the files they have on him.

1998: Two Chupacabras are captured by the government in Puerto Rico and are used to breed new ones in the Puerto Rican redoubt.

1999: Dr. Tanner is moved from the redoubt in Dulce New Mexico to Maryland Virginia. He agrees to go along with their plans to hypnotise him and send him back to his own time. But it's just his way of pacifying the Operation Chronos personnel. He tries to escape the day before they were going to implant the messages into his mind. This angers the whitecoats greatly. Doc's friend Allan Harvey allows Doc Tanner to cold cock him, steal his uniform and weapon. Doc makes his way to the gateway where he encounters Dr. Chan. Chan refuses to let Doc jump. Doc is forced to incapacitate the man. He sets the controls and enters the gateway as Wells and the others arrive. When Doc awakens, he discovers that his escape attempt was thwarted.

1999: Dr. Connaught O'brien joins Overproject Excalibur, working along side three other women and eight men in a secret Eugenics project to breed a human that could not only survive, but thrive in the the blasted ruins of a nuclear holocaust.

1999: Sec hunter Droids developed and perfected.

1999: Construction on the Crichton institute begins in the Acadia National Park.

1999: Mildred Wyeth was in a shooting competition in the city of Frezno, in California. She scored a 996 out of one thousand, claiming first place.

2000: Late October. Richard Neal Ginsberg is put into cryogenic suspension in the hopes that sometime in the future a cure for ALS will be discovered.

2000: December 28th. After complications during minor surgery to inspect an Ovarian cyst Mildred Wyeth is placed in Cryonic suspension in order to save her life.

2000: December 28th: Sick of Doc Tanners inability to co-operate as well as his attempts to return to his own time force Dr. Wells and the other scientists to get rid of him. Dr. Wells tells him exactly what happened to his family and then has him stripped and tossed into the gateway. His old clothing is returned to him as well as a pair of perfectly round metal spheres that had been used during the early mat trans experiments. They send him into the unknown future.

2000: Addition of gateways to the following redoubts is completed: Tango, Victor, Yankee, Zulu, November, Oscar and Gulf.

2000: December 30th. Three people, Brother Michael, Graham Oswald Vair, and Dolores Mae Melville all disappear without a trace.

2001: January. Dr. Silas Jamaisvous uses the time Trawling equipment to propel himself into the future where he could safely escape the impending holocaust.

2001: COG continued right up until the nuclear war. But despite the planning and preparation the government couldn't have predicted the horrifying overkill that occurred during the Skydark.

2001: January 20: Nuclear weapons are detonated in Washington DC, triggering the final war which wipes out the majority of humanity, spawning the Deathlands.

2001: January. A group of British scientists are trapped in the Arctic circle when the holocaust occurs. They have no way of getting home, and little hope of survival, so they join a local Inuit tribe.

2001: January. The Russian Cruiser, The Red Star of Glory becomes entrapped in the ice in the Arctic Circle. They are permanently stranded.

2001: Victor Boldt and his father take refuge inside a bolthole located deep in the English countryside. They sleep for Decades. His father's chamber suffers from a malfunction and he dies.

2001: A skeletal staff of soldiers and support personal in mount Rushmore begin preparations to survive as long as possible. Almost immediately the members begin to undergo surgery being implanted with cybernetic enhancements.

2001: S small contingent of guards located at the Spearpoint redoubt begin to patrol the area outside it.  They keep patrolling for many decades.  The guards eventually become badly inbred over the generations.

2001: July. Alpha and Epsilon are born in artificial wombs inside the Guadalupe redoubt.

2002: January Epsilon dies in an accident in the Guadalupe redoubt. The staff members of the redoubt begin to suffer from nightmares and Anxiety.

2002: July Alpha begins to read voraciously, spending most of his time studying ancient Egypt. One of the staff members nick names him Hell Eyes. He is found dead a week later.

2002-2003: Over the course of a year and a half, four more members of the Guadalupe redoubt die in 'accidents'.

2003: After years of trying to cut their way out of the arctic ice, the crew of the Red Star of Glory give up and resign themselves to their fate.

2004: Alpha has reached the physical age of sixteen. He takes Dr. O'Brien as his mate.

2006: Major Burroughs and his men finally gain total control of the White Sands Facility in New Mexico. They then undergo the Calypso Project, making themselves immune to ageing and disease.

2008: January 18th. The staff of the Guadalupe redoubt prepare to make their exodus into the desert. Alpha has reached full maturity and is ready to place himself into suspend animation until he's ready to awaken and become the ruler of the Deathlands. The final entry is made by Dr. Connaught O'Brien. At this time, they deactivate the Gateway and then leave.

2015: David Crichton is born in the Crichton institute.

2018: The ville of Snakefish is founded near what used to be Death Valley in California.

2018: A group of genetically engineered Vampires, simply known as the 'Family' emerge from redoubt 47 located in the heart of the Louisiana Swamps. They move into a gothic mansion on the outskirts of a ville known as Brampton, and use it as a feeding ground.

2026: Nuclear winter ends.

2034: Maya Tennant is born.

2039: The Descendants of the trapped Russian sailors from 'The Red Star of Glory" begin to trade with the local Inuit tribes in the Arctic circle.

2042: Titus Cawdor takes over control of Front Royal from his father.

2043: The man know as Trader is born.

2044: Tinker Philips is born, deformed. He is the only child of five to have survived past birth. His father leaves his mother shortly afterwards.

2045: Malachi Greeble is born in the ruins of Denver Colorado

2051: The man known as Poet is born.

2052: Maya Tennant marries her childhood sweetheart, Albert.

2053: The Cryonics wing of the Crichton institute collapses, destroying the entire section and all the equipment stored there.

2055: Susan 'Sukie' Smith is born in Rice Falls Wisconsin.

2056: John Barrymore Dix is born in Cripple Creek.

2056: Abe is born.

2056: Tinker Philips is very good with his hands and starts to work to support himself and his mother.

2057: Morgan Cawdor is born to Titus and lady Cynthia Cawdor

2057: Victor Boldt awakens from Cyro sleep and begins to clone people for his fortress which is run by the computer known as Merlin. He plans to eventually release a plague on the world in what he calls "The Great Uprooting"

2058: Straub is born.

2059: Harvey Cawdor is born to Titus and lady Cynthia Cawdor

2059: The man known as Poseidon is born in Georgia.

2061: Ryan Cawdor is born to Titus and lady Cynthia Cawdor.

2064: Lars Hellstrom is born to Baron Hustav Hellstrom

2064 Joshua Wolfe is Born.

2065: Trader, Marsh, and several of his friends discover an explosives depot in north of the big lakes. After on of his friends, a man named Wyoming Johnny accidentally sets off a hand grenade, they barely make it out when the entire places blows. Wyoming is the only one who didn't survive.

2066: Trader discovers his first Redoubt and begins to exploit these caches of pre ruin goods.

2066: J.B. Dix is caught in a cave-in in the lucky chance mine located near his home of cripple creek. He barely manages to escape with his life.

2067: Chistina Ballinger is born in New Mexico to R.G. Ballinger and his wife.

2067: The Mutant known as Kaa is born and is placed in Baron Willie Elejah's Zoo soon afterwards.

2068: Mutant wars rage across the Deathlands.

2068: Susan Sukie Smith marries the Baron of Rice Falls, Wisconsin.

2068: J.B.'s vision is getting worse and he buys a pair of glasses from a traveling eye doctor.

2068: The Crichton suffers a major loss as an electrical fire wipes out its medical library, forever destroying any knowledge they had regarding surgical procedures.

2069: Susan Sukie Smith becomes a widow.

2072: Susan Sukie Smith gets married for the second time.

2072: Carl Lanning is born in the ville of Harmony.

2072: Maya Tennant loses Albert, her husband of twenty years. She goes into seclusion in the mountains of California, about fifty miles away from the ruins of Frezno.

2073: Handsome Wyatt joins Traders Convoy.

2073: The man known as Shabazz begins following in the footsteps of Trader.

2074: Krysty Wroth is born in the ville of Harmony Colorado to Sonja Wroth.

2074: Susan Sukie Smith becomes a widow again.

2075: Nathan Freeman is born to Morgan Cawdor and a mutant woman named Guenema. Harvey Cawdor kills the woman shortly afterwards, and a local family took in the child to protect him.

2076: The mutants known as Stickies first appear in the Deathlands.

2076: Emma Tyler is born in the ville of Naven

2077: Julie Kissoon is born to Ellie and Renaldo.

2077: Susan Sukie Smith is married for a third time to a man in Kansas.

2078: A second Mutant war occurs. Baron Willie Elijah organises the East Coast Baronies to fight off the threat. A young Ryan Cawdor joins the mercie army he puts together to fight the mutants. He discovers that he enjoys the killing and it scares him, so he deserts the army and leaves the Baron's land. Willie puts a price out on his head for the desertion.

2079: Nell Kissoon is born to Ellie and Raleigh.

2079: Baron Hustov Hellstrom's Barony is destroyed in a combined attack by mutants and forest people

2079: The descendants of the Russian Sailors of "The Red Star of Glory" have been inbred too long and start taking Inuit girls to bear children for them. Many of the women escape back to their villages after giving birth, bringing important technical skills with them in the process. At this point the relationship between the Russian descendants and the natives turns hostile.

2080: Morgan Cawdor is killed by his younger brother Harvey. The attack is made to look as if it was an attack instigated by mutant marauders. Harvey attempts to kill his other brother, Ryan. He only succeeds in blinding him in his left eye. With the help of one of the loyal servants Ryan escapes into the Deathlands.

2080: Lori Quint is born to the inbred keepers of the Alaskan redoubt, Quint and Rachel.

2080: Katie Kissoon is born to Ellie and Jake.

2080: Late in the Year the mutant known as Alpha awakens and begins his wait for followers to appear.

2081: Jak Lauren is born in West Lowellton, Louisiana.

2081:Ryan Cawdor joins Traders convoy.

2081: Danielson is kicked out of Trader's convoy for hoarding predark goods for himself. sets up a small community which he calls Fubar deep in the Guadalupe desert.

2081: Gert Wolfram and the Magus pass through Baron Zeal's refinery at Virtue lake and are forced to leave behind several of their acts in order to continue on the road.

2082: J.B.Dix joins Traders convoy.

2082: Willie Elijah takes over the Freedom city motel from Baron George Frederick Sokolow.

2082: Lars Hellstrom learns to control his telepathic ability.

2083: Near Virtue lake Baron Zeal had a refinery from which he sold refined, albeit poorly refined gasoline.  Trader had set up a deal with the man for blasters for Gold.  At this time another trader going by the name Shabazz has made a secret deal with Zeal. They had discovered the whereabouts of a huge military facility called Spearpoint after torturing the information out of a prisoner.  Shabazz attacks the convoy using nerve gas and several of the crew members were killed but the rest were incapacitated. Shabazz and Zeal attempted to force Trader into using the War Wags to their advantage. But it doesn't quite work that way.  Trader proves to them that his vehicles are boobied and will let them blow unless he gets the vast majority of the goods that are housed in Spearpoint.  Trader Shabazz and Zeal have no choice but to agree to it.  Trader hand picks several people to drive the wags and they head to Spearpoint where they are ambushed by a group of inbreds who were the descendants of the original guards of the facility.  The inbreds are all but wiped out and the prisoner that Shabazz and Zeal got the information to gets past the guardian but once he was inside the base he reactivated the guardian who wipes out Shabazz and his men.  Zeal escapes back to his refinery but is killed when the explosives that Hun, Ryan, Poet and JB placed are detonated by Trader.  The refinery is wiped off the map.  It is here where Trader contracts the rad cancer that plagues him for years as Zeal orders his cook to put plutonium in the food. Fortunately for him there was only a tiny fraction of radioactive material in the food. 

2083: Susan Sukie Smith finds her husband of six years dead, having hung himself in the barn.

2083: Handsome Wyatt is discovered stealing gasoline from Trader and selling it on his own. Trader cuts off one of his thumbs and kicks him out of the convoy.

2083: Susan Sukie Smith is married for the final time to a man in Mason Iowa. The man's name was Truman Shelly and he had six children. Their mother had been killed by an overturned wagon. She buried her entire family a short time later when they are all killed by a disease.

2083: Alpha, or as he now calls himself Akhnaton, emerges from the redoubt located in the Guadalupe desert. He influences two men and a woman to become his 'Worshippers' and to take him back to their community known as Fubar. From here he makes worshippers out of the people there, and they head to his holy City of Aten, which was a movie set built during the 1920's.

2083: Late in the year Akhnaton's first Child is born, a girl he names Nefron.

2084: Larry Zapp, a travelling pimp crosses Trader. Ryan and J.B. work him over, nearly killing him, then destroy his mobile gaudy houses. They allow him to live and he eventually recovers.

2084: A man named Joshua Wolf was the head sec man for a leper warlord named Tsin Lao who ran a little barony in Pine Fork up in the old Dakotas near Spearfish. He tried to drug the meat that traders men were to eat, but a dog got to it first. The dog died, and both Ryan Cawdor and JB Dix were sent to interrogate the sec man. They ended cutting off his left hand.

2085: Trader's convoy stop in the ville of Towse in New Mexico. After nearly two weeks of broken promises and missed deadlines they finally receive the much needed gas they were promised. Later that night Alias Carson's head sec man Ferryman, leads an attack on the convoy. The death toll is high for trader's people, but totally devastating for the ville of Towse. They convoy returns only hours later to finish the job. Both Ferryman and Alias Carson are killed, and the town is destroyed. It is also at this time that Ryan meets Krysty Wroth for the first time.

2085:A band of Stickies which had been captured by Gert Wolfram are freed by Trader and his men. When one of the females attack, all but one of the Stickies are killed. The only Stickie to survive was a young boy named Charlie.

2086: Dean Carson/Cawdor is born to Sharona Carson.

2086: Zebe Nelson is born to Baron Alfred Nelson.

2086: Trader finally manages to learn Ryan's full name from the man after riding with him for five years.

2087: Victor Boldt begins to hunt down and kill the children that were born to his cloned people. He has the body's burned as punishment.

2987: An attack by several tribes of Inuit against the Russian ship, The Red Star of Glory fails horribly as the warriors are cut down by the machine guns mounted on the deck of the destroyer. That is the last time they attempt such an attack

2088: Doc Kirkland leaves the ruins of Newyork and heads to the south, eventually setting up the ville of hazard.

2089: It took nearly a year but Kirkland finally had all the people he wanted in the ville and sets up rumour about the 'plague' which he uses to keep the townsfolk under tight control. Later in the year he comes after Aunt Maim and rapes her. It turns out she is actually a he, so he ends up cutting off her manhood, one eye, ear, arm, and a leg. He nursed her back to health and kept her alive to run the hotel in the ville.

2089: Jak Lauren is sent by his father to kill a man that Baron Torment captured. He has to kill the man before he reveals where their rebel camp is located.

2089: The ville of Amicus is founded in Montana.

2089: The man who calls himself Admiral Poseidon begins to rebuild the naval base located at King's Point in Georgia. He also begins to hire mercenaries to staff his base. At this time he also discovers that he has a working Los Angeles class nuclear submarine and one Trident nuclear missile.

2090: The Freedom mall in Virginia re-opens and begin to attract both merchants and shoppers. The ruins are quickly refurbished and it soon becomes a small self contained city.

2090: Joshua Wolfe sets up the ville of Hopeville in California, about fifty miles away from the ruins of Frezno. He builds a cult known as the Children of the Rock based around a church that depicts Jesus as being a warrior. The ville is located near a damaged redoubt that is a source of radiation. It turns the people of his cult barren, and the few children that are born are either very sickly or are horribly mutated and either die shortly after birth or are put to death.

2091: A small ville on the coast of the Gulf Coast is destroyed by a swarm of killer bees. Trader's convoy find the remains.

2091: Krysty Wroth leaves Harmony ville to explore the Deathlands, her and her mother separate on uneasy terms.

2091: Sonja wroth disappears from Harmony ville without a trace.

2092: Trader makes a deal with a man who will later be known as Red Jack Yoville. He traded for some bolts of cloth and good liquor. One of Yoville's men gets greedy and is killed by Ryan and J.B.

2092: The Children of the Rock, based out of Hopeville begin to kidnap the children of Apaches to help replace their own dead or mutated children. This begins a long feud between the two groups.

2093: Sharona Carson dies of Radiation induced cancer, leaving her seven year old son Dean to the care of a woman named Janya.

2093: Tyas McCann, Krysty Wroth's uncle, dies in the ville of Harmony.

2093: The Psi mutants known as the Chose begin to steal girl children from nearby communities in order to keep their gene pool healthy.  It might already be too late to save them though.

2094: Alpha, or Akhnaton as he is now known as takes his mate and wife, Connie Harrier, to the Guadalupe to impregnate her once again so he could have a son. She dies in the process and Alpha is devastated. He goes into seclusion.

2094: Trader begins to work out a huge trade agreement with Jordan Teague, the Baron of Mocsin.

2095: Doc Tanner arrives in the Deathlands just outside the ville of Mocsin. The jump forward somehow aged him thirty years and addled his mind. He can't remember what had happened, or what he does remember are nothing more than bits and pieces. He is captured by Cort Strasser and taken to see Teague. Here instead of having him killed, Teague decides to allow him to live and turns him over to Strasser. Doc Tanner discovers that he has truly been sent to hell.

2095: The last normal birth in Hopeville takes place in early October. The child lived only a few months before dying.

2096: Akhnaton comes out of his seclusion and announces that his Daughter, Nefron is not the true heir to his empire, and that sometime in the near future, his true queen will arrive and bear his true heir for him. For several weeks there is rebellion and his Daughter seems to be leading it. She isn't harmed, but stripped of her position when it's over. Construction of his pyramid begins.

2096: January. The Deathlands Saga begins with the novel Pilgrimage to hell.

2096: January. Ryan Cawdor and his band re-discover the Gateway system set up by the government before the war took destroyed everything. They use the gateway discovered in a redoubt deep in the Dark Hills of Montana.

2096: January: The legendary Trader loses his convoy in the ville of Mocsin. The day later the head sec man, Cort Strasser, kills the baron of the ville, Jordan Teauge. After fleeing into the darks, Trader who is suffering from rad cancer leaves the survivors and disappears into the forest.

2096: Late January, Early February: A band of Russian Marauders cross the frozen Bering straight into Alaska. Here the band is destroyed when a missile causes a dam to burst. Ryan and his friends prevent a soviet invasion. Two of Ryan Cawdor’s band, a woman named Okie and another named Hun are killed in the Alaskan Redoubt by the crazed keeper. The only survivor of the keeper’s family, Lori Quint, joins Ryan’s band.

2096: February: A long standing feud is put to rest between the people of West Lowellton and the Baron Torment. A man named Henn is killed while in the Louisiana swamps. The leader of the resistance, Jak Lauren, joins Ryan and his band of followers after the battle is over and Torment is dead.

2096: Late February: The Baron of Ginnsburg Oregon is killed. Several days later A secret government facility located beneath the surface of Crater lake is destroyed by Ryan Cawdor’s band. The resulting destruction of the facility triggers the eruption of the dormant volcano the facility was built in. Finn is killed in the destruction of the facility.

2096: Late March: The Baron of the powerful Front Royal, Harvey Cawdor, as well as his family are killed. After nearly two decades of absence, Ryan Cawdor returns to the ville and extracts revenge on his brother for the deaths of his father and eldest brother. After Harvey is killed, Nathan Freeman Cawdor takes over as the baron of the ville.

2096: May. Cort Strasser takes control of Fort Security in New Mexico.

2096: June. Lars Hellstrom sets up the ville of Helskel, several hours travel away from the Mount Rushmore monument.

2096: June. A massive earthquake exposes a radioactive material storage facility to the environment, near the ville of Markland in Minnesota. Soon afterwards the villagers begin to show signs of Rad poisoning.

2096: Mid August. Major Zimyanin receives a promotion to that of Major Commissar for his success on the far eastern part of the soviet union.

2096: September 17^th. Ryan’s band arrives in New Mexico. Here they join forces with a local Apache tribe to help destroy a band of marauders led by Cort Strasser. Strasser manages to escape once again, but the pony soldiers are destroyed. Here the Apache Shaman, Man who’s eyes see more, joins the band.

2096: September 28^th. The band arrives in Maine. They arrive in the ville of Claggartsville on October 1^st. Two days later, Ryan and Donfil More are taken captive by the Captain of the Salvation. Several days later, after hijacking the whaling vessel, The Phoenix, J.B. Dix and the rest rescue Ryan and kill the Captain of the Salvation. On October 12^th, Donfil More decides to stay behind in the ville. They use the gateway to jump out.

2096: Late September: The 'General' sets up shop in the J.C. Wright Caverns in New Mexico and slowly begins to attract a band of killers to his side.

2096: Admiral Poseidon attacks and kills Shauna's husband. He now no longer wants to trade with the Commune, instead he decides that it is time to start demanding a a weekly tribute from the peaceful people.

2096: Beginning of October. Major Commissar Zimyanin Marries a woman named Anya.

2096: October 12^th the party arrives in the Death valley redoubt. They discover and revive a man named Richard Neal Ginsburg from suspended animation on the 13^th. On the 15^th they arrive in the ville of Snakefish. After several days there, they end up blowing up the ville's refinery, destroying it, on the 19^th. Lori Quint is killed in the resulting firestorm. Few of the villes inhabitants escape the destruction. They jump out just after her death.

2096: October 19^th. The friends arrive in a small hidden redoubt on the outskirts of Moscow. After damaging the entrance to the gateway they realise the they have to find the tools to repair the damage. After several days Rick Ryan and Krysty head into the ruins of Moscow. Zimyanin kills his wife during the night of the 25^th. They eventually find the tools they need, steal them and head back to the redoubt. The entire time Major Commissar is hot on their trail. Rick is able to repair the gateway for the friends and then ALS claims his life. He died the morning of October 27^th. They jump out, but not before Zimyanin enters the chamber with them.

2096: Late October. The Russian Zimyanin takes over a sulphur mine located in the mountains of the Yukon Territory and uses the redoubt to send slaver teams throughout the Deathlands to bring back workers.

2096: October 27th. After making three jumps, Ryan's band arrive in a redoubt located in Minnesota. They Rest up and leave. On the 29th, they discover the Wendigo Institute of Botanical Research, incorporating the Blackwood Center for Chemical and Neurological Research, Military Division, with the Shelly Cryonic Institute. Here they locate and revive Mildred Wyeth. Two days later, they come across the ville of Markland. Here they are forced to prove their worth and are to be brought into the ville. After several days they attempt to escape, but are forced to turn back when they discover an incredibly radioactive area. Returning to the ville, they are forced to allow the Karl to take the newly revived Mildred Wyeth as a sacrifice. They are able to rescue her, and head back to the redoubt. Along the way they encounter the surviving warriors and the Karl. Ryan kills the Karl with a Implode grenade and they are then allowed to leave the area. They jump out of Minnesota on November 4th. The few surviving members of the ville of Markland are forced to relocate no less than fifty miles up the coast line in order to survive.

2096: On november 4th the band discover that they are trapped in a redoubt. They have no idea where they are located. Ryan eats bad food and ends up getting botulism and nearly dies from it. Nearly two weeks pass before he is fully recovered. The sec door leading to the gateway is damaged and they attempt to gain entrance to the control room using explosives. The end result is that the base begins a count down to self distruct. They barely make it out before the base is destroyed on November 17th.

2096: The explosion of the redoubt can be seen from many miles away. The same day as the redoubt exploded, the band arrive at the ranch of R.G. Ballinger. He and his son's are killed early on the morning of the 18th. The next day the band join a Wagon Train and travel spend five days with it, until the band is attacked and the settlers are taken captive in the ville of Salvation by Cort Strasser. On the 24th, over half the settlers and half the sec men are killed in a firefight. The train Strasser is using is destroyed when J.B. blows a bridge on the 25th. Ryan and the others chase after Cort for three days before finally encountering him in the ruins of a redoubt. Cort Strasser dies on the 27th, and Jak Lauren leaves the group to go live with Christina Ballinger.

2096: Late November. Cody and his grand daughter Kate Webb are captured in New England by Zimyanin's slavers.

2096: The group arrive in the ruins of New York city late in the day of the 27th of November. They are there for only a couple of days when Ryan Cawdor learns that he has a son. J.B. is bitten by a mutant blow fly and nearly dies, forcing Ryan to find a man named Harry Stanton, the king of the underworld. He is able to secure medicine and ammunition but betrays Stanton on December 1st, stealing his arma wag, an old LAV 26. They find there way deep into a Scalie lair where Dean is held captive and in the middle of the night rescue the boy.

2097: Emma Tyler's doomie powers fully manifest themselves after she nearly drowns. Fearing for her life, she flee's her home and eventually works her way East.

2097: January. Dr. Silas Jamaisvous arrives in the Puerto Rican Redoubt after using the time trawling equipment to escape. Over the next several months he works on the gateway, testing it with the mutant Chupacabras, sending them back in time. Only a few make it to the past intact.

2097: May. Zebe Nelson, the son of Baron Alfred Nelson, is captured and brutally tortured to death by a gang of six mercies hired out by the baron of Yuma, a man named Wizard Sidler.

2097: June. After nearly a century without ever seeing them, the Chupacabras suddenly start to appear in Puerto Rico. They escaped from the redoubt after it was abandoned by Dr. Silas for the other redoubt located in the El Morro fortress.

2097: Mid June. Adam Traven arrives in the Greenglades Theme park with his 'Posse' of eight young followers. He hooks the baron, Larry Zapp on a drug known as Dreem. Slowly he begins to wrest control of the ville from Larry Zapp.

2097: Eldar Bluffield , and his followers are captured by Zimyanin's slavers near the ruins of Kansas city and brought to his mine to work.

2097: The friends arrive in Florida, just outside the ruins of the Greenglades Theme park August 2nd. They spend several days in the redoubt recuperating from their ordeal and near escape from an occupied redoubt which appeared to be in space. It appears that during the malfunction jump, that eight months have passed. They meet the baron, Larry Zapp who forgives them for the beating he received at the hands of Ryan and J.B. many years previously. They also meet the evil and psychotic man Adam Traven. After Traven makes it clear he wants Ryan's son, Ryan takes him to New Mexico to stay with Jak and Christina on the 7th. Ryan returns on the 9th. He is forced to come with them on a 'Dark Snaking' where Traven and his followers butcher an entire family. Ryan kills six of his followers and finally traps him in the ville's Center point where Zapp falls on him, trapping him. After killing the man, they return to New Mexico on the 10th and discover that Dean was captured by slavers.

2097: Ryan uses the Last destination button in the redoubt to follow his son's kidnappers. He arrives in a frozen land and spends several days trying to find his son. He inadvertently activates hunter droids during his exploration of the redoubt, and is harassed by three of the deadly droids. Here he meets a woman named Kate Webb who does what she can to help him find his boy, and also discovers that the Russian Zimyanin survived the mutant attack and is in control of the mine. After rescuing his boy, Kate Webb is killed. He confronts Zimyanin and the fourth droid in the ruins of an old industrial complex. Here Zimyanin shows his strength and bravery and helps them destroy it, then falls to his death. They jump out of redoubt and return to new Mexico on August 16th.

2097: August 16th. Ryan and Dean discover the ruins of Jak and Christina Lauren's farm. A group of travellers who were carrying a virulent form of Bubonic plague stopped for the night and ended up contaminating the water supply as well as the food and the buildings. They were forced to destroy it. They meet up with the rest of the group the 18th. On the 19th Ryan and Krysty are captured by a group of Stickies led by a man named Charlie. They meet up with an old friend, Abe, who is a prisoner as well. Charlie plans to sacrifice them in three days time to show his power over norms. On the night of the 21st a large band of lepers attack the Stickie encampment, giving Ryan and the other prisoners a chance to escape. The camp is nearly destroyed by the lepers but the Stickies win in the end. Charlie leaves a small group to take care of the surviving women and children, and takes the others with him to hunt down Ryan and Krysty. All but four of these Stickies are killed in an ambush set up by J.B. Three were left to hunt through some ruins, and Charlie escapes. One of the Stickies in the ruins manages to knife Jak, nearly killing him. These three are hunted down and destroyed. The band stay with the Lauren's to help them rebuild their lost farm.

2097: The General begins to terrorise southern New Mexico for the next eight months, starting on October 8th.

2097: Late October. Jenny is born to Christina and Jak Lauren. October 25th. Charlie, starving and ragged, arrives at the Lauren homestead. The threatens to kill Christina and Jenny. Christina kills the mutant with an axe. Ryan and the band use the gateway to jump out on the 26th.

2097: The mutant Kaa escapes from Willie ville and begins to gather his army of Stickies, using knowledge he gained from reading books stored in Baron Willie's library. He learns how to control the gateways.

2097: October 26th. The band arrive in a space station in orbit around the earth. After exploring it, they accidentally set off the self distruct sequence and are forced to race to the gateway. They find themselves in another redoubt. This one has time trawling equipment and they use it to trawl forward three people. Two are unsuccessful, the third is brought in whole and intact. They leave the redoubt to discover that they are in the ruins of Chicago. Late night on the 28th Krysty is captured by a group of mutant females who call themselves the 'Midnites'. After capturing one of the mutants, they learn where she is being held captive and head into the warren on the 30th, where they are able to free her. Doc Tanner tries, but fails to return to his own time and family. they jump out late that day.

2097: October 30th. The band arrive in a redoubt near the ville of Vista. After leaving it, they encounter a huge mutant bear which they are forced to kill to save their lives. Just afterwards, they run into a group of sec men from the Nelson Barony, who take them back to talk to Alfred Nelson, and to answer for the death of the huge mutant bear. He forces Ryan, J.B. Michael and Doc to head to a ville called Yuma, in order to kidnap the killers of his only son, Zebe, and the baron, a man named Wizard Sidler. He gives them ten days to succeed, and to ensure that they don't try to trick him, he keeps Dean, Mildred and Krysty with him. They leave on the 1st. On the way there, they encounter a group of travelling thespians and join up. They arrive on the 2nd in the pest hole of Yuma. they spend several days rehearsing a play, which they intend to use to capture the killers. Sure enough, on the 7th they capture Sidler, as well as the killers and leave, hoping to make it back to Vista before the deadline runs out. On the 8th they are forced to kill everyone after an accident. At the same time, Krysty kills the baron to save her, Mildred's and Dean's life. Ryan and the others arrive on the 10th, and are given a two hour head start to try and escape. They arrive at the redoubt to discover that the door is jammed shut.

2097: After killing Rick Coburn the group use the gateway and jump on October 10th.

2098: January. The Japanese discover the gateway located in a mansion, and begin to use it to explore the Deathlands.

2098: Early May. Abe finds himself in the Northwest, near the ruins of Seattle. On night while in a bar in the ville of Andromeda. He is set upon by a couple of local thugs and is rescued by his old leader, Trader. The long search is finally over.

2098: Mid May. Trader and Abe begin to send out messages with traders in the hopes that one of them will finally reach Ryan Cawdor.

2098: Around the May 10th a group of ghouls find a way into the mortuary redoubt located in Kansas and begin to feast off the preserved dead.

2098: A group of slavers led by a man named Rodrigo Bivar begin to take villagers from two villages deep in the Amazon Basin. These slaves were forced to work in a sliver mine.

2098: It appears as if the transit time between the gateways was at least eight months time as it is now June They find themselves in the ruins of another gateway, this one located in the Florida Keys. They encounter the scientists who are doing research with dolphins and end up staying with them for quite a few days before they discover that the scientists are in danger of being wiped out by pirates, led by a man named Red Jack Yoville. They are forced to stay and help the scientists defend themselves, but on the 23rd, a massive eruption causes quakes, turning the tide for the defenders, but forcing Ryan and the band to race back to the redoubt as a huge Tsunami is racing towards the keys. They get in the gateway and jump out, probably only minutes before the wave hits and destroys the gateway. Odds are the keys were wiped clean by the wave.

2098: On June 23th the entire group gets separated and are sent to separate gateways. But they all jump once again and arrive mid morning on the 24th in the gateway located in Kansas. The gateway they were in was used just after the war as a mortuary. After they are reunited the group fight off some ghouls that found their way into the redoubt several weeks before. Leaving, they soon encounter a hunting party from the ville of Sun Crest. The group is taken back and treated well. On the 25th they are taken to see the barons painting collection, as well as join in a competition. But on the 26th they are tuned upon and sent out to be hunted down. The group manages to get back to the ville, retrieve their weapons, and start it on fire. The baron, his daughter, the head sec man, and most of the other sec men are killed. They jump out that evening.

2098: They arrive in a truly bizarre redoubt on the 26th. It appears as if someone had just recently built this redoubt. going outside to explore, the find themselves in an alien landscape. After being attacked by a flock of strange lizard like birds, Ryan is wounded and they decide to leave the place. The next jump brings them to the redoubt located near Jak Lauren's original home in the Bayous. Something happened since they left it and it is now a radioactive desert. The third jump brings them to New Hampshire, where after Mildred saves Ryan's life in an emergency operation they go out to explore. They encounter the inhabitants of the ville of Quindley and stay with them for several days until there is an attack by Stickies and they have to go and rescue Doc, Mildred and Dean, as well as several children captured. When they return to Quindley, the 'god' Moses wants to have them killed, but is in turn killed when his house is set on fire when Jehu knocks over a torch after being shot by Ryan. The ville is destroyed in the blaze and they all jump out on July 1st.

2098: Danielson decides to leave the city of Aten and return to his shanty town of Fubar in the Guadalupe desert.

2098: July 2nd. After jumping they find themselves back in the redoubt in New Mexico, near the Lauren homestead. They go and stay for four day and on the 7th Head out hunting. When they return, Christina, Jak's wife and Jenny are dead, having been butchered by a man known as the General. The only one to survive, Michael Brother, kills himself in the wee hours of the 8th. The spend several days on the trail and on the 10th join forces with a group of Navaho's hell bent on extracting revenge as well. In the predawn hours of the 11th they find and destroy one of the General's wags, as well as a rescue party just after dawn. In the early morning the enter the J.C. Wright Caverns. After an argument breaks out, Ryan, J.B. and Jak kill the remaining Indians. Moments later they encounter the General and his surviving men. A hunt begins and Jak kills nearly all of them, leaving the general alive. The general comes outside and Jak finishes him off. They leave and stop overnight in the ville of Patriarch. On the morning of the 12th Ryan gets one of the notes sent out by Abe. They then return to Jak's homestead to prepare for the long journey to meet up with his old leader.

2098: July 14th. Ryan and J.B. mount up in the LAV 25 and begin their long perilous trek to the Northwest. In the late afternoon they pass a group of Fladgies, the slaves of sin. That night the slaves stop outside the Lauren Ranch. The next day they come in and demand food. Jak turns them away. That night while Doc and Dean are scouting, Jak and Mildred come looking for them and are captured. After that, Krysty, Dean and Doc wipe them out and rescue Jak and Mildred. Ryan and J.B. run a road block in a ville of Huston Wellls. They end up killing many of the inhabitants. On the 16. they meet up with Ellie Kissoon and her three daughters. They stay travel with them. After helping the women out in the ville of Wetherill Springs, the women nealry beg them to join. But, they refuse, intent on getting to Seattle. On the 17th the get caught in a Buffalo stampede but are unhurt. They stop in a small ville and encounter a man named Malachi Gribble, who they kill the next day. On the 21st they pass into Utah and help avenge the death of the local baron. J.B. gets a viscous blow to the skull during the fight and they have to stay five days in the ville. They are offered a chance to take over as Barons themselves. By the 10th of August they are in Washington and stop in a ville Called Mitchell Springs and are hired by the locals to kill a band of sick Stickies. A group of hunters do it for them, and they take the fuel as payment and continue. The rest of the journey is relatively quite and the finally reach Seattle on the last day of August, spotting Abe and Trader.

2098: September 1st. Having been reunited with his former Mentor Ryan and J.B., along with Abe head into the ruins of Seattle for a quick look around. After being attacked by both vampiric mutants and a gang, they head out and begin the long trek back to New Mexico. Along the way, they come across a ville run by Baron Torrence. He tries to force Trader and Ryan into a shot gun wedding with his two daughters, but in the end all three are killed. On the Day of the 16th, a pair of travellers show up at Jak's ranch. They found an undetonated Cruise missile, and contracted terminal rad poisoning from it. They are forced to abandon the farm. Before this happened, Doc met up with Susan 'Sukie" Smith and began a relationship with her. He and Sukie, as well as Ryan and the others arrive at the ranch nearly at the same time on the 18th.

2098: Following the directions left behind by Krysty, Doc, Sukie, Trader, Ryan and J.B. join the rest. They then head to the redoubt and jump out. Sukie Smith panics and leaves the gateway as the jump is occurring. When they come to, they are in another redoubt. They spend the night there and Abe is attacked by mutant spiders. The air turns bad and the computer sucks it out, turning it into a vacuums. They barely make it out of the redoubt alive. When they come to they are in Maine. They spend no time in leaving. While outside, they find a pair of identical German shepherds and a badly mutilated man. Just before dawn of the 21st they encounter a group of sec men led by Buford Landrow from a near by institute. They take his invitation and go back. Over the next two days they rest up, go hunting and discover that the scientists plan to try and wipe out the mutant population of the Deathlands. Many of the scientists are killed and the remaining portion of the institute are badly damaged as they make their escape. They jump out on the 23rd.

2098: In September, the Red Cadre ambush a group of Cheyenne. Due to the fact that the ville of Amicus relies on trade from the various tribes. The Red Cadre are forced to leave the ville, vowing revenge.

2098: They arrive in a redoubt located on an island about a mile off the Californian shoreline. The ante room of the gateway is so small that Dean is knocked into the gateway and is forced to jump out, returning the the gateway in Maine. Ryan follows him, determined to get his son back. The gateway in Main begins to malfunction and a electrical fire starts. Ryan is able to get his son and they return to California. The triple jump is very hard on them. The next day Dean and Jak are nearly killed when they are playing some video games, of which one was boobie trapped. They leave the redoubt and make their way to the mainland, and eventually encounter a group of brushwooders who want their help in overthrowing the local baron. After one of the members of the Brushwooders, a man named Straub, tries to take Krysty's and Jak's hair, the small group fight their way out and eventually meet up with Baron Weyman's sec men. The group is taken to meet with the baron, and they agree to help him against the brushwooders. In several failed attacks, they lose a number of sec men and both Dean, as well as the baron's son, Jamie were take captive on the 27th. Ryan is forced to go into the camp on his own to rescue Dean and a short time later they set a fire, causing a herd of wild mutie pigs to stampede through the camp, wiping it out. The group then stays with the baron until October 1st. They leave and go to the redoubt, but while they prepare to leave, Trader pushes the raft out to the sea, staying behind with Abe. The last Ryan sees of his former leader and mentor is both he and Abe surrounded by a combined group of Brushwooder survivors, scabbies, and Straub.

2098: There is not a thing that they can do to Help Abe and Trader. They end up spending five days in the redoubt resting and recuperating from the ordeal. They finally jump and find themselves in the ruins of a redoubt located south of Washington D.C. After leaving the redoubt they stay in a ruined house, where during the night Ryan and the group find themselves under attack from a pair of Samurai. They kill one and the other escapes. The warriors have somehow been using the gateways. On the day of the 7th, the stop in a shanty town called Greenhill and stay in an Inn known as the Lincoln Inn. Here the group are met with open arms as the owner of the place was helped by Trader. They also meet a powerful Doomie named Emma Tyler. A firefight occurs and they wipe out nine men. The owner asks them to leave in the morning. They encounter the young woman again on the 8th and she joins them. They then rescue a man from the clutches of a group of Stickies. Taking him back to the local baron's ville, they encounter a squad of sec men and are escorted to the ville. The baron, Sean Sharpe, invites them to stay a few days for the rescue. They do so, but soon learn that the baron may want to keep Emma, Jak, and Krysty for his private zoo. To avoid any trouble, they leave on the 10th, but when a tornado hits the ville, Doc, Emma and Jak are captured by sec men. J.B. and Ryan go to the ville to rescue them. But, Emma is killed when she is beaten badly by Sharpe. They kill several of the sec men, and Jak hits Sharpe with a throwing knife, knocking him into a tank with a hidden mutant which kills him. They don't bother to stay around any longer and return to the gateway and jump out that night.

2098: Mid October. The husband of Anna Philips, Eddie tries to escape the ville of Hazard. His plague ravaged body is brought back to the ville.

2098: The band arrive in the Amazon Basin on the 11th. Going outside to explore, they encounter a group of natives who react with awe at the sight of Jak. The natives leave the band alone. Later that day they run into slavers, but don't attack. A second time later that day, they once again run into a small group of slavers, this time they attack and kill three out of four of the men. The natives they helped take them back to the ville where they are greeted with open arms, as Jak is a god figure to them. Over the next several days they help the natives destroy an invading force of Army ants, explore an old US military complex, and turn the ville its self into a death trap, which they use to wipe out the slavers once and for all. After the celebration of the destruction of the slavers on October 20th, Jak is poisoned by the leader of the tribe, Itzcoatl, in order to force Jak to stay behind, and force the others to leave. During the ritual where they planned to sacrifice Jak on the 21st, Itzcoatl and a number of the ville's elders are killed. The villagers track the party back to the redoubt and lay siege to it on the 22nd, just as they are about to jump out.

2098: Ryan and J.B. stay behind in the amazon redoubt, allowing the rest to escape back to the Deathlands. The natives try to burn them out, which force them to use the LD code to follow Krysty and the others. When they come to, they find that one of the natives lost his hand in the jump process. They head out, discovering that they are once again in the Louisiana Bayous, quite a way south of Jak's old home. After staving off an attack from a group of mutants, they meet with Johannes Forde, a film maker. They camp of the night. When Dean wakes up the next morning, he is lethargic and it appears if he was bitten by something. They go into the ville, where they get into a firefight with some locals. Ryan takes a near miss from a shotgun blast and is blinded. They get a room in the local inn and rest. On the next day, Forde shows his films, and they meet one member of the family who invites the group to come to the mansion. After a near fatal encounter with a mutie gator, they head up. The food is terrible. They spend two days, in which on the first day Forde is murdered, and on the second they learn exactly what the family are, and Ryan's eyesight begins to return. They end up killing three out of four before running for the redoubt. As they jump out on the eldest genetically engineered vampire, Melmoth attacks. They jump on October 27th.

2098: When the group awaken from their latest jump, they find that Melmoth jumped with them, but was too fragile and died during the process. After prying him off Ryan, they leave the gateway and discover that the redoubt is inhabited by a pair of brothers, who they later kill when they try to attack the group. The next day J.B. determines that they are in Colorado, not all that far from Krysty's home of Harmony. Ryan decides to take Dean to the school they know about near their current location. After stopping in the ville of Glenwood springs, they kill and burn down a diner to protect themselves. Then both Ryan and Dean hitch a ride to the school. On the way, the next day, they are ambushed by a small group of bandits, who the dispatch easily enough, but they lose their ride. The day after this Dean and Ryan arrive at the school. At this time, Krysty and the others are not that far behind, and hole up in a cabin for the night, and are forced to stay there for a day as a snow storm hits. During the second night, a pack of mutie wolves break through the window and attack, but are beaten off. Ryan leaves Dean in the school and continues on his way on the 30th. After several unpleasant encounters, the group meet up with Ryan, saving him from drowning in a collapsed house on November 2nd. That evening, in the ville of Fairplay, they run into Carl Lanning, who fills Krysty in on what happened since she left. They agree to wipe the bandits out who have taken over the ville of Harmony. They attack before dawn on the 4th, wiping them out to a man. Carl Lanning is the only casualty in the battle. They refuse to stay with the people and return to the redoubt, jumping out.

2098: The group arrive in what is left of Japan and are almost immediately invited to stay with the local Shogun, Mashashige. During the next several days, they help the Shogun track down a group of Ronin, led by the Shogun's brother. They also meet up with the Samurai that they encountered in the ruins of Washington DC, Takei Yashimoto, who wants to get revenge for the death of his brother. On November 9th the Shogun takes the group hunting, and they are caught in a swarm of locusts, but survive. That night they are treated to a play, in which the Shogun reveals his plans to transport part of his population to the Deathlands. The next day they witness a Sumo wrestling tournament, and Jak ends up injuring the champion. That night the Ronin make a final attack on the fortress, nearly destroying it. The Ronin are wiped out to a man, and in the end Mashashige commits ritual suicide. The group race back to the gateway and jump out just as a powerful earthquake hits, destroying what is left of Japan.

2099: They arrive in Tennessee, barely having escaped the destruction of the Gateway in Japan. They all suffered badly from the jump, and rest up before leaving the redoubt. It turns out that well over six months have passed since they left Japan, due to the destruction of the gateway. They decide to head down the Tennessee river and explore. On the way they run into a huge number of deadly insects, then a crazed priest on May 12th. On the 14th they check out the battle field located at Shiloh. They then abandon the raft they were using and join up with a convoy of grain traders heading towards Memphis. On the 16th they arrive in Country Row, where they are forced to leave it after killing two rednecks. That night they are attacked by muddies, and end up rescuing Straub from them, who they then take to the Countess, the woman who runs Memphis. She invites them to stay with them, and makes it clear from the onset that she is interested in having Ryan father her son. On the 18th they visit Graceland, and Mildred is so disgusted by the way it has fallen into ruin, she sets a burner grenade to destroy it. Doc has to have his appendix removed by Mildred, saving his life. They witness an execution. On the 19th, Katya has Struab hypnotise Ryan, making him believe that the others are dead, and making him obey the countess. It doesn't work. Straub is killed by Doc when he comes to kill him, and Ryan is trying to beat the countess to death when she knocks him over the edge of the gorge, falling with him.

2099: Late April. The Stickies under the control of Gert Wolfram and the Magus revolt in the mining camp located in Tennessee and escape, forcing the two men to recruit sec men to hunt down the slaves and either return them or kill them.

2099: Ryan is swept down the river, and the others assume that he is dead. They follow the river, trying to retrieve his corpse. Ryan is found by a man Named Paddy Maxwell and over the next 8 days is nursed back to health. On May 27 Ryan and Paddy leave to head to Twin Forks. Paddy is killed on the way, and Ryan barely escapes with his life. He arrives in Twin Forks on the 28th, and meets up with the others. On June 2st they board a riverboat and take a vacation. During the trip they encounter Gert Wolfram and the Magus. On the 4th the others are captured, forcing Ryan and J.B. to do their bidding. They are set free on the shore and told to go hunt down the Stickies. Finally on the 7th they fight their way into the mining ville, destroying most of it when they set off the fuel dump. They rescue Krysty and the others and use the Hot Air balloon to escape. Gert Wolfram tries to stop them, but is cut free and falls to the forest floor, where the former slave Stickies capture him and kill him slowly. The Magus managed to escape alive and unharmed. The group return to the redoubt and jump out that evening.

2099: The group arrive in a redoubt located near Dulce New Mexico on June 7th. Here they find a Land Rover in good shape and take it. They travel north over the next four weeks, stopping near the ruins of Calgary then turning south once again, planning to head back to Colorado to see Dean. While in South Dakota they rescue a man from a group of screamwings and take him to his home in Helskel. Here they meet the telepathic leader and stay with the group for several days until Lars Hellstrom forces Ryan and Mildred to infiltrate the redoubt located inside Mount Rushmore on July 11th, while keeping the others captive. J.B. and the others escape, causing a great deal of damage to the community when they blow up the fuel dump and make their way to the Mount Rushmore facility. On the morning of the 12th Ryan uses the gateway to bring them into the facility which has been heavily damaged and quite a number of the personnel have been killed. They use another gateway to jump out, back to New Mexico.

2099: The group arrive back in the redoubt located near Dulce, New Mexico. They decide to head to the White Sands military base. The leave the Dulce redoubt on July 16th. Then on the 17th they start to explore the White Sands base, and are attacked by both mutants, and a group of Soldiers who survived the war. They make their way through the base to a gateway and Jump out. They arrive that night in England. The next day they encounter the Celts, who capture Mildred, and they are in turn rescued by a man named Blackjack Gehrig, who takes them back to New London. They learn from a Celt boy they rescued that a plague is about to be released, and fight their way out of New London, with the soldiers from White Sands hot on their heels. They eventually reach the ville known as Wildroot where they break in, rescue Mildred, and kill Prince Victor Boldt, and prevent the plague from being released. They jump out after making a brief truce with the White Sands soldiers.

2099: They wake up and find themselves sharing the gateway with a group of Stickies. They fight their way out of the gateway and then out of the redoubt, and at the same time they are able to reload on ammunition and take extra weapons along with them. They leave the redoubt and travel, soon coming upon a huge army of Stickies lead by a mutant known as Kaa. Everyone is acting strange after the jump. Seeing nearly six thousand mutants, they decide to head to the nearest ville, which is Willie Ville. They travel through the night, and arrive. They are then captured. Krysty and Jak are taken to the zoo, while the others are placed in the 'cooler'. They stay their overnight, but the attack doesn't come. The next day Doc, Mildred and JB are taken to the field to work. Ryan is taken to the baron's hotel, where they decide to kill him by tossing him off the building using a long rope, not letting him hit the ground, until his leg is finally pulled out of it's socket. At this time the mutants attack. The battle is fierce and goes right into the hotel, where the Baron and his toadies are killed. With nearly the entire army trapped inside the top floors of the hotel, JB sends up the elevator filled with flammables, which he then detonates, wiping out the army. Kaa and his few soldiers take Krysty and Jak with them to the gateway and jump out. He intends to take Krysty as his mate. She breaks out of her trance after the second jump and escapes, meeting up with Ryan and JB. They then place a baby nuke that they took from the first redoubt. It detonates, destroying the second redoubt and catching Kaa in mid jump. The date is the 19th of July.

2099: July 20th. Lester Johnson is pulled from the burning wreckage of the Freedom city hotel and nursed back to health by a Stickie. He has been horribly burned and no longer looks human because of his burns. The loss of his looks, as well as his home and status has destroyed his mind. He builds up a small army of mutants to continue Kaa's quest for destruction.

2099: A group controlled by a man named Rollins blow their way into the redoubt in Florida near the former empire of Baron Larry Zapp. The sec men strip the base completely and leave a skeletal force behind to guard it. Four of these guards get into an argument in the lower level of the base and kill each other.

2099: The group arrive back in the original redoubt they encountered way back in Pilgrimage to Hell, four years ago. After spending some time exploring they come across a group of pirates, ambush them, and then rescue the surviving prisoner. They take her back to her ville of Amicus and then help the villagers fight off the pirates. After the battle, Touch the Sky or better known as Joe, asks the group to come with him and fight a battle that threatens to destroy a way of life. They agree as he offers to pay them in gold. They leave on 22nd of July and finally arrive in the valley of Ti Ra Wa on the 26th. Over the next several days, Ryan and his band discover that it's Joe and his followers who are the threat to the people in the valley, not the Wolf Soldiers. They then switch sides and wipe out Joe's force. Krysty is sorely wounded and they spend another ten days healing her, using the earth power found in the valley. Another three days pass before she is strong enough to travel, and they are forced to leave, and are told that they are never to return. They leave the valley and head towards the gateway on August 8th.

2099: They arrive in a gateway located in the western islands on August 20th. After leaving the redoubt they come under attack from a group of brush wooders. They manage to slip past the brushwooders, after inflicting heavy losses on the men. They meet up with the surviving member of a research team sent from the Heimdall foundation in Montana. They are heading towards a location in Colorado where a space station is supposed to crash in a few days time. On the 22nd after watching the space station crashing Ryan, Mildred, and JB are captured by a group of sec men and are then taken on a six day journey to Las Vegas, where they are forced to participate in a great game, to determine who will control the five baronies for the next year. Dean is also captured, along with nine other boys from Brody's school. On the 28 the games begin and with the help of Krysty, and Doc, they help Ryan and the others break out of the arena. On the way out they kill a number of sec men and Baron Connrad. They meet up with Jake, the head sec man from Brody's school and travel with him back to the school, on September 2nd, they leave the school, taking Dean with them.

2099: The group find themselves back in the redoubt located near former Baron Larry Zapp's stomping ground. Right from the start they discover that sometime during the past the redoubt was flooded, as well as broken into. They find a group of dead guards, as well as encounter three more. They leave the empty redoubt and make their way to the amusement park that was Baron Zapp's home. After spending the night with a friendly man who still lives in the amusement park, they continue to the coast. On September 10th they arrive at the coast where they obtain a boat known as 'Patch'. They hit the ocean and travel up the coast.On the 12th, during a storm the boat hits a mine and begins to sink. Krysty and Jak are lost overboard but the rest of the group make it to a life raft. A friendly mutant arrives and asks if they need help. It disappears but returns the next day to help them get to shore. Krysty and Jak are both alive and find themselves 'guests' of the Admiral Poseidon. The others are taken to shore by the mutants where they encounter a commune. They are given food and a place to rest. They enlist the help of the commune's leader as well as the head sec man. They attack King's Point on the 16th. The attack fails. Ryan and Shauna are captured. Shauna is killed by the Admiral and Ryan escapes when the Admiral takes him to the redoubt so he can get into it. The Admiral chases Ryan into his sub, then they head out to sea. The mutants use the Admiral's mine system to breach the sub's hull, sinking it. Ryan fights the Admiral, and makes it out of the sub. Poseidon goes to the bottom with the wreckage. On the 17th Ryan is picked up by the others.

2099: Late on the 17th the group head into the redoubt located at King's point and jump out. They find themselves in a small redoubt that was obviously used as a bio research centre. Krysty and Ryan both suffer unusual jump nightmares. During the night Krysty has sex with Ryan, but it's as if she's being controlled. They try to jump out the next day, but discover that the gateway doesn't function. They have no choice but to head out. JB determines that they are in the Guadalupe desert. Returning to the redoubt, they sleep through the day and head out that night. During the night they are caught in a dust storm but make it out alive. The morning of the 19 they arrive in Fubar and meet Danielson. In the late afternoon a group of Incarnates arrive, looking for the strangers. They are wiped out. Ryan decides that they are going to head to Aten and confront this god, as it seems that they might not have any choice but to do so. On the 20th they arrive in the city and are promptly captured, but not before inflicting heavy losses. Over the next few days they get involved with Nefron's plot to not only overthrow her father, but kill him as well before he can perform the Capstone Ceremony and obtain unheard of powers. He tries to take Krysty as his wife, using his mental abilities to take her over. During the wedding and capstone Ceremony she kills the man, and Nefron announces herself queen. She allows the group to leave unmolested. They arrive at the redoubt on the 25th of September and jump out.

2099: On September 26th the group find themselves in yet another redoubt. However, this one doesn't feel like a military redoubt at all. It feels more like a civilian base. They also smell smoke. Exploring, they find that indeed a fire has started and that a scavvie is being chased by Stickies. J.B.'s glasses are broken in the battle. They kill the mutants and help the man. They find that the redoubt is inside a hospital in Charlotte, and that it is a cryo facility, but all the freezies are dead. They hear about the Freedom mall and decide to check it out. They travel to it and take time to explore it. Due to the cost of replacement glasses for J.B. they have to find a way to raise the jack. On the 27th Ryan goes to the malls arena and fights a sec droid, winning. They now have enough cash to get J.B.'s glasses. That night Dean and Jak get into trouble at the local arcade and are thrown in jail. Ryan and the others are forced to work as sec men for a month in order to gain the freedom of Dean. Two days later Lester Johnson launches his attack and the mall is lost. Krysty kills the man, and most of the attacking mutants are killed. The administrator of the mall, Morgan, gives the weapons back to the group and they all leave. It's now the morning of the 30th and they are heading back to the gateway to jump out.

2099: September 30th. The group spent nearly two days recovering from a particularly bad jump. The redoubt they were in didn't contain any weapons or ammunition but did have enough goods for them to trade. They make their way to the ville of Hazard on the 2nd. There they encountered a Kirklands sec men and are forced to fight and kill the entire group. They then head into Hazard with a dwarf named Albert in tow and go about trading. Over the day they soon discover that Kirkland has no intention of letting them go and are forced to fight. Over the night Ryan and JB are able to set explosive charges around the hotel they were staying in. On the 3rd, after a night long siege, a new group enters the picture. A man named Handsome Wyatt arrives with his travelling circus and when he recognised Ryan and JB starts to fight as well. They blow the charges and escape, heading directly for the redoubt. They jump and arrive inside an ice encased redoubt deep in the arctic circle. They are forced to leave and try to find a way to repair the gateway circuitry so they could jump out again. They find a ville of Inuite under fire from Russians and come to their aid. The group then form a truce with Inuit and attack the Russian ship that night. During the attack JB is able to repair the circuit boards. The Russians are wiped out and they race against time to get back to the gateway as the iceberg is breaking apart. They repair the control mechanism and jump out on the morning of October 4th.

2099: They are surprised when they arrive back in the redoubt located beneath the hospital in Charlotte. Ryan decides to head out and see if it would be possible to head to Front Royal. After encountering a pair of Stickies, it's decided that the trip would be too dangerous and they agree to jump again. This time when they awaken, they find that the gateway walls are another shade of blue. They meet Dr. Silas Jamaisvous and discover that they are in Puerto Rico. On the 5th, Ryan, Krysty and Dean head out to explore. They encounter a man named Soto and Jorge. They implore the group that they help them rid the island of the muties, the Chupacabras. Ryan lets him know that they will think about it. The next day, the entire group head out to talk. After Mildred examines the corpse of a little girl, they agree to help get rid of the muties. At noon on the next day Doc and Mildred stay behind to help with the experiments. The others join Soto and Jorge and head towards the rain forest where the mutants make their lair. They discover a redoubt located inside the cliffs and find that this is where the mutants came from. They penetrate it and wipe most, if not all the mutants out. They also learn that Silas lied to them and so return to El Morro. Silas sends Doc forward into the future, then twice into the past and back again. He is confronted by Ryan and the others and locks them out of the anteroom where he fights with Doc, then jumps, but not before Doc damages the targeting computer. Silas is propelled all the way back to 1896. Mildred spends the day rebooting the mat trans computer, then takes a CD ROM which contains the jump codes for all the redoubts all over the world They Jump out on the 9th of October.

2099: The group arrive inside a new redoubt. They end up spending the night and Doc nearly loses his life in a freezer. But he recovers quick enough and they leave the redoubt on the 10th. They spot a single lone native watching them. Mildred later comes under attack from a huge mutant panther. She kills it. and they camp for the night. The next day they spot an effigy and a warning from the Children of the Rock. Late that night they find a group of people sacrificing a man. They intervene, putting the man out of his misery and killing the group. The next day they eat fresh shot fish and continue. They continue along and spend yet another quite night. On the 13th they find yet another bizarre effigy, this time of a baby pig. They follow a well worn trail, passing a single blind man who could sense them. They continue and come across a diner. Here they have a huge meal and meet with both the owner, Mom and a couple of members of the children of the rock. That night Ryan discovers that their meal was human flesh, and kills Mom. The next morning they burn down the diner and head to the ville of the Children of the Rock. They meet with Joshua Wolfe and learn that he had a history with Trader. All is forgiven and they are given a room with seven beds. After lunch they head to the nearby redoubt to find out if it is responsible for the hotspot. It is and is responsible for the mutations and sickness. At supper they are then drugged and have their weapons taken away. On the 15th they are forced to participate in testing. They win all three competitions, though Krysty nearly loses her life. Doc is very sick and Wolfe insists that he face his trial the next day at noon, no matter what. They help the old man escape that night. Doc is helped by an old woman who is later killed by the sec men sent after Doc. He gets his revenge. During the day a bad quake hits and nearly wipes out the ville, allowing the group to get out. They get their weapons and kill Wolfe from a distance. By dark they make it to the redoubt and jump out. It is the 16th.

2099: Cawdor and his band arrive in the State of Idaho on the 16th and almost from the start Krysty found herself in mental contact with a doomie who needs her help.  They spend four days traveling and arrive on the 20th in the Ruins of Idaho Falls. Here they discover a large group of coldhearts who are keeping the woman and several others prisoner.  They Fight their way past both mutant Ghoulies and the coldhearts themselves to get into the junkyard and wait out a storm. After a fight they escape to the river and force a man named Morse and his boys to head out to the river, eventually making camp that evening. The next day they head out and by the early afternoon the group reaches a trading post on the river and trade.  Doc finds himself attracted to a woman who runs it and is sorely tempted to stay with her but declines her offer and they help fend off an attack on the trading post and head to the boat.  They spend  the next four days traveling the river to get to a man who is part of the Heimdall foundation to help Krysty get the woman out of her head.  They help him fend off his ship from a pack of river pirates and make camp.  On the 27th they continue down the river to the dam that the foundation people had built to give water to the foundation itself.  After making a deal Ryan leads an attack on the 28th which eventually lures the pirates into the cistern and they blow the damn, killing the vast majority of the pirates.  That night Donovan's sister comes and removes Phlorin from Krysty's mind and they rest up and finally jump out using a redoubt near the dam.

2108: The barons are created in the Dulce redoubt in New Mexico. At least Nine special hybrids, who would eventually become barons are given life using the best of human DNA as well as DNA taken from the Archon Balam.

2116: The Council of Front Royal begins and the program of unification is instituted.

2116-2130: The bloody years of the purification program where people who had even a inkling of the COG or Mat Trans units or many of the programs of the Totalitarian concept were hunted down and killed. This included the Baron Busters, or groups of people who actively and savagely fought against the unification program. Only Ryan Cawdor's group escaped the purge.

2141: Piotr Sverdlovosk is born in Russia. 

2143: Guana Teague is born.

2148: Lakesh is brought out of Cryonic suspension in the Anthill complex located in Mount Rushmore in order to help continue with the Archon Directive and unification program.

2150: Kane's grandfather is killed in taking back the Tartarus pits by insurgents who believed that the ville authority was completely arbitrary. Many magistrates were literally torn limb from limb before the insurgents were finally wiped out.

2158: Salvo is born. He is the product of Genetic Manipulation by the scientist Lakesh. It was an attempt to create the ultimate soldier in his personal war against the barons.

2160: Grant is born in Cobaltville.

2166: Kane is born in the barony of Cobaltville. His is Salvo's twin, and Lakesh's second attempt at creating the perfect soldier to use in his war against the barons.

2166: Lenya Ivornich is born in Russia.

2168: Lakesh reactivates redoubt Bravo or Cerberus for his private retreat and way-point for his war against the Archons. He begins to upgrade the security systems of the base.

2168: Abrams days of a Magistrate come to an end. He goes into administrative duties.

2170: Salvo becomes a Magistrate.

2171: The security upgrades that Lakesh performed on Redoubt Bravo are completed. They include old fashioned cameras, infra-red and low light cameras, motion detectors and so forth.

2171: Brigid Baptist is born in Cobaltville.

2176: Division 12 is formed in Russia.  The reason for this group is to form a bridge between the constantly changing governments as well as to delve into the Totalitarian project and find out the truth behind what caused the holocaust by searching the surviving records.

2176:  Lenya Ivornich's mother is killed in the Georgian State during an uprising. 

2182: Brigid Baptist begins her training as an Archivist in Cobaltville.

2182: Kane joins the Magistrates.

2186: Kane and Grant are paired up as partners in Cobaltville.

2192: Brigid Baptist begins work as an Archivist in Cobaltville.

2193: Salvo is brought into the Trust of Baron Cobalt.

2193: During a sweep of the pits Guana Teague is taken in for questioning. He stayed in a cell for days before a Magistrate set him free and gave him a communication unit. Over the next five years he had been contacted three times with various assignments. The first was provide names of Jolt Walkers, the second was to alert the Magistrates if any unusual tech was brought into the ville.

2195: Kane's father disappears from the public eye. He is taken to Dulce redoubt in New Mexico to provide genetic material for the new hybrids.

2195: The Archon Balam is transferred from Dulce Redoubt to Redoubt Bravo. It is now his permanent home.

2195: Piotr Sverdlovosk asks the Mongolia tribesmen he is in contact with to go into the Gobi Desert with Metal detectors, Radiation Detectors and other similar instruments. During this time the Chief's son Shykyr finds the black city and opens it up. Shortly after many of the tribesmen begin to sicken and die.  It was due to the release of radiation when the city was opened up.

2196: Domi leaves the ville of Cuprum, her birthplace in south-western Idaho.

2196: A Violent revolution occures in Moscow and there is a change in government.

2196: Lenya Ivornich's husband is killed during the revolution in Russia.

2197: One night Guana Teague finds a pair of matched Uzi's waiting for him in his quarters. He knew that they were provided for him to be used in his assignments.

2197: Guana Teague's Third assignment was to provide the Magistrates the name of the best smuggler he knew of in the ville. He gave them the name Milton Reeth.

2197: Milton Reeth is given the job of supplying fresh genetic material to be used at Dulce redoubt. Over the next year he slowly begins to send inferior samples to the redoubt out of greed. Eventually Baron Cobalt tires of this practice and issues a termination warrant for him in June 2198.

2197: June: Brigid Baptist begins work and discovers a disk that contains a message from the Preservationist. The discovery scares her badly. Over the next several months she would be contacted by the preservationists several more times. The contacts will finally culminate with her obtaining a disk that contained the Wyeth Codex. It turns out that Lakesh has been feeding her the data.

2197: December. Guana Teague brings the Albino girl Domi into the Tartarus pits and uses her as a sexual slave as payment.

2198: June. The Outlanders Series Begins.

2198: June 15th. Kane, Salvo, Grant and several other magistrates lead an assault on Milton Reeth's fortress in the Vesa Madre canyon. Here he discovers the gateway system and obtains a computer disk. That night he takes it to Brigid Baptist to have it decoded. They discover it's true nature. At a meeting with the trust Salvo is ordered to have Kane's partner Grant assassinated. Salvo contacts the pit boss Guana Teague to carry it out. On the 16th Kane and Grant are assigned a new magistrate and are told to do a sweep of the pits. Here Guana's two henchmen Uno and Dos attack. The assassination fails and Dos is killed. Uno escapes. Kane takes the evidence back to the evidence room. Brigid is also arrested as a preservationist. Kane is ordered to see Salvo. The other man takes him to Alpha level where he meets the baron and is inducted into the trust. The next day when Brigid is to be executed Kane breaks her out. He knows that Grant is going to be killed by the Magistrates so Kane tells him to make his escape. They meet in the pits. Grant encounters Teauge, his sec man and Domi. He kills Uno and Domi kills Teague. Kane lets Brigid know he is going to smuggle her into the outlands and they take a sandcat that Teauge owned. They are followed by Deathbirds into the Mesa Vedre canyon. They manage to shoot down one Deathbird and disable the second when they reach the fortress. Brigid tries several gateway codes before they discover that the one in the Darks is active. That is where they jump to. Here they meet Lakesh and the other exiles. After being decontaminated and disarmed Kane is taken to meet Balam. They are allowed to rest up because next day they are leaving to Dulce to find the truth behind the Archon directive. On the 17 they discover that Dulce is being used to create Hybrids like the barons. Kane also discovers the fate of his father. They kill a large number of the hybrids and severely damage the redoubt. They spend until the 19th resting after the encounter.

2098: Danielson decides to leave the city of Aten and return to his shanty town of Fubar in the Guadalupe desert.

2098: July 2nd. After jumping they find themselves back in the redoubt in New Mexico, near the Lauren homestead. They go and stay for four day and on the 7th Head out hunting. When they return, Christina, Jak's wife and Jenny are dead, having been butchered by a man known as the General. The only one to survive, Michael Brother, kills himself in the wee hours of the 8th. The spend several days on the trail and on the 10th join forces with a group of Navaho's hell bent on extracting revenge as well. In the predawn hours of the 11th they find and destroy one of the General's wags, as well as a rescue party just after dawn. In the early morning the enter the J.C. Wright Caverns. After an argument breaks out, Ryan, J.B. and Jak kill the remaining Indians. Moments later they encounter the General and his surviving men. A hunt begins and Jak kills nearly all of them, leaving the general alive. The general comes outside and Jak finishes him off. They leave and stop overnight in the ville of Patriarch. On the morning of the 12th Ryan gets one of the notes sent out by Abe. They then return to Jak's homestead to prepare for the long journey to meet up with his old leader.

2098: July 14th. Ryan and J.B. mount up in the LAV 25 and begin their long perilous trek to the Northwest. In the late afternoon they pass a group of Fladgies, the slaves of sin. That night the slaves stop outside the Lauren Ranch. The next day they come in and demand food. Jak turns them away. That night while Doc and Dean are scouting, Jak and Mildred come looking for them and are captured. After that, Krysty, Dean and Doc wipe them out and rescue Jak and Mildred. Ryan and J.B. run a road block in a ville of Huston Wellls. They end up killing many of the inhabitants. On the 16. they meet up with Ellie Kissoon and her three daughters. They stay travel with them. After helping the women out in the ville of Wetherill Springs, the women nealry beg them to join. But, they refuse, intent on getting to Seattle. On the 17th the get caught in a Buffalo stampede but are unhurt. They stop in a small ville and encounter a man named Malachi Gribble, who they kill the next day. On the 21st they pass into Utah and help avenge the death of the local baron. J.B. gets a viscous blow to the skull during the fight and they have to stay five days in the ville. They are offered a chance to take over as Barons themselves. By the 10th of August they are in Washington and stop in a ville Called Mitchell Springs and are hired by the locals to kill a band of sick Stickies. A group of hunters do it for them, and they take the fuel as payment and continue. The rest of the journey is relatively quite and the finally reach Seattle on the last day of August, spotting Abe and Trader.

2098: September 1st. Having been reunited with his former Mentor Ryan and J.B., along with Abe head into the ruins of Seattle for a quick look around. After being attacked by both vampiric mutants and a gang, they head out and begin the long trek back to New Mexico. Along the way, they come across a ville run by Baron Torrence. He tries to force Trader and Ryan into a shot gun wedding with his two daughters, but in the end all three are killed. On the Day of the 16th, a pair of travellers show up at Jak's ranch. They found an undetonated Cruise missile, and contracted terminal rad poisoning from it. They are forced to abandon the farm. Before this happened, Doc met up with Susan 'Sukie" Smith and began a relationship with her. He and Sukie, as well as Ryan and the others arrive at the ranch nearly at the same time on the 18th.

2098: Following the directions left behind by Krysty, Doc, Sukie, Trader, Ryan and J.B. join the rest. They then head to the redoubt and jump out. Sukie Smith panics and leaves the gateway as the jump is occurring. When they come to, they are in another redoubt. They spend the night there and Abe is attacked by mutant spiders. The air turns bad and the computer sucks it out, turning it into a vacuums. They barely make it out of the redoubt alive. When they come to they are in Maine. They spend no time in leaving. While outside, they find a pair of identical German shepherds and a badly mutilated man. Just before dawn of the 21st they encounter a group of sec men led by Buford Landrow from a near by institute. They take his invitation and go back. Over the next two days they rest up, go hunting and discover that the scientists plan to try and wipe out the mutant population of the Deathlands. Many of the scientists are killed and the remaining portion of the institute are badly damaged as they make their escape. They jump out on the 23rd.

2098: In September, the Red Cadre ambush a group of Cheyenne. Due to the fact that the ville of Amicus relies on trade from the various tribes. The Red Cadre are forced to leave the ville, vowing revenge.

2098: They arrive in a redoubt located on an island about a mile off the Californian shoreline. The ante room of the gateway is so small that Dean is knocked into the gateway and is forced to jump out, returning the the gateway in Maine. Ryan follows him, determined to get his son back. The gateway in Main begins to malfunction and a electrical fire starts. Ryan is able to get his son and they return to California. The triple jump is very hard on them. The next day Dean and Jak are nearly killed when they are playing some video games, of which one was boobie trapped. They leave the redoubt and make their way to the mainland, and eventually encounter a group of brushwooders who want their help in overthrowing the local baron. After one of the members of the Brushwooders, a man named Straub, tries to take Krysty's and Jak's hair, the small group fight their way out and eventually meet up with Baron Weyman's sec men. The group is taken to meet with the baron, and they agree to help him against the brushwooders. In several failed attacks, they lose a number of sec men and both Dean, as well as the baron's son, Jamie were take captive on the 27th. Ryan is forced to go into the camp on his own to rescue Dean and a short time later they set a fire, causing a herd of wild mutie pigs to stampede through the camp, wiping it out. The group then stays with the baron until October 1st. They leave and go to the redoubt, but while they prepare to leave, Trader pushes the raft out to the sea, staying behind with Abe. The last Ryan sees of his former leader and mentor is both he and Abe surrounded by a combined group of Brushwooder survivors, scabbies, and Straub.

2098: There is not a thing that they can do to Help Abe and Trader. They end up spending five days in the redoubt resting and recuperating from the ordeal. They finally jump and find themselves in the ruins of a redoubt located south of Washington D.C. After leaving the redoubt they stay in a ruined house, where during the night Ryan and the group find themselves under attack from a pair of Samurai. They kill one and the other escapes. The warriors have somehow been using the gateways. On the day of the 7th, the stop in a shanty town called Greenhill and stay in an Inn known as the Lincoln Inn. Here the group are met with open arms as the owner of the place was helped by Trader. They also meet a powerful Doomie named Emma Tyler. A firefight occurs and they wipe out nine men. The owner asks them to leave in the morning. They encounter the young woman again on the 8th and she joins them. They then rescue a man from the clutches of a group of Stickies. Taking him back to the local baron's ville, they encounter a squad of sec men and are escorted to the ville. The baron, Sean Sharpe, invites them to stay a few days for the rescue. They do so, but soon learn that the baron may want to keep Emma, Jak, and Krysty for his private zoo. To avoid any trouble, they leave on the 10th, but when a tornado hits the ville, Doc, Emma and Jak are captured by sec men. J.B. and Ryan go to the ville to rescue them. But, Emma is killed when she is beaten badly by Sharpe. They kill several of the sec men, and Jak hits Sharpe with a throwing knife, knocking him into a tank with a hidden mutant which kills him. They don't bother to stay around any longer and return to the gateway and jump out that night.

2098: Mid October. The husband of Anna Philips, Eddie tries to escape the ville of Hazard. His plague ravaged body is brought back to the ville.

2098: The band arrive in the Amazon Basin on the 11th. Going outside to explore, they encounter a group of natives who react with awe at the sight of Jak. The natives leave the band alone. Later that day they run into slavers, but don't attack. A second time later that day, they once again run into a small group of slavers, this time they attack and kill three out of four of the men. The natives they helped take them back to the ville where they are greeted with open arms, as Jak is a god figure to them. Over the next several days they help the natives destroy an invading force of Army ants, explore an old US military complex, and turn the ville its self into a death trap, which they use to wipe out the slavers once and for all. After the celebration of the destruction of the slavers on October 20th, Jak is poisoned by the leader of the tribe, Itzcoatl, in order to force Jak to stay behind, and force the others to leave. During the ritual where they planned to sacrifice Jak on the 21st, Itzcoatl and a number of the ville's elders are killed. The villagers track the party back to the redoubt and lay siege to it on the 22nd, just as they are about to jump out.

2098: Ryan and J.B. stay behind in the amazon redoubt, allowing the rest to escape back to the Deathlands. The natives try to burn them out, which force them to use the LD code to follow Krysty and the others. When they come to, they find that one of the natives lost his hand in the jump process. They head out, discovering that they are once again in the Louisiana Bayous, quite a way south of Jak's old home. After staving off an attack from a group of mutants, they meet with Johannes Forde, a film maker. They camp of the night. When Dean wakes up the next morning, he is lethargic and it appears if he was bitten by something. They go into the ville, where they get into a firefight with some locals. Ryan takes a near miss from a shotgun blast and is blinded. They get a room in the local inn and rest. On the next day, Forde shows his films, and they meet one member of the family who invites the group to come to the mansion. After a near fatal encounter with a mutie gator, they head up. The food is terrible. They spend two days, in which on the first day Forde is murdered, and on the second they learn exactly what the family are, and Ryan's eyesight begins to return. They end up killing three out of four before running for the redoubt. As they jump out on the eldest genetically engineered vampire, Melmoth attacks. They jump on October 27th.

2098: When the group awaken from their latest jump, they find that Melmoth jumped with them, but was too fragile and died during the process. After prying him off Ryan, they leave the gateway and discover that the redoubt is inhabited by a pair of brothers, who they later kill when they try to attack the group. The next day J.B. determines that they are in Colorado, not all that far from Krysty's home of Harmony. Ryan decides to take Dean to the school they know about near their current location. After stopping in the ville of Glenwood springs, they kill and burn down a diner to protect themselves. Then both Ryan and Dean hitch a ride to the school. On the way, the next day, they are ambushed by a small group of bandits, who the dispatch easily enough, but they lose their ride. The day after this Dean and Ryan arrive at the school. At this time, Krysty and the others are not that far behind, and hole up in a cabin for the night, and are forced to stay there for a day as a snow storm hits. During the second night, a pack of mutie wolves break through the window and attack, but are beaten off. Ryan leaves Dean in the school and continues on his way on the 30th. After several unpleasant encounters, the group meet up with Ryan, saving him from drowning in a collapsed house on November 2nd. That evening, in the ville of Fairplay, they run into Carl Lanning, who fills Krysty in on what happened since she left. They agree to wipe the bandits out who have taken over the ville of Harmony. They attack before dawn on the 4th, wiping them out to a man. Carl Lanning is the only casualty in the battle. They refuse to stay with the people and return to the redoubt, jumping out.

2098: The group arrive in what is left of Japan and are almost immediately invited to stay with the local Shogun, Mashashige. During the next several days, they help the Shogun track down a group of Ronin, led by the Shogun's brother. They also meet up with the Samurai that they encountered in the ruins of Washington DC, Takei Yashimoto, who wants to get revenge for the death of his brother. On November 9th the Shogun takes the group hunting, and they are caught in a swarm of locusts, but survive. That night they are treated to a play, in which the Shogun reveals his plans to transport part of his population to the Deathlands. The next day they witness a Sumo wrestling tournament, and Jak ends up injuring the champion. That night the Ronin make a final attack on the fortress, nearly destroying it. The Ronin are wiped out to a man, and in the end Mashashige commits ritual suicide. The group race back to the gateway and jump out just as a powerful earthquake hits, destroying what is left of Japan.

2099: They arrive in Tennessee, barely having escaped the destruction of the Gateway in Japan. They all suffered badly from the jump, and rest up before leaving the redoubt. It turns out that well over six months have passed since they left Japan, due to the destruction of the gateway. They decide to head down the Tennessee river and explore. On the way they run into a huge number of deadly insects, then a crazed priest on May 12th. On the 14th they check out the battle field located at Shiloh. They then abandon the raft they were using and join up with a convoy of grain traders heading towards Memphis. On the 16th they arrive in Country Row, where they are forced to leave it after killing two rednecks. That night they are attacked by muddies, and end up rescuing Straub from them, who they then take to the Countess, the woman who runs Memphis. She invites them to stay with them, and makes it clear from the onset that she is interested in having Ryan father her son. On the 18th they visit Graceland, and Mildred is so disgusted by the way it has fallen into ruin, she sets a burner grenade to destroy it. Doc has to have his appendix removed by Mildred, saving his life. They witness an execution. On the 19th, Katya has Struab hypnotise Ryan, making him believe that the others are dead, and making him obey the countess. It doesn't work. Straub is killed by Doc when he comes to kill him, and Ryan is trying to beat the countess to death when she knocks him over the edge of the gorge, falling with him.

2099: Late April. The Stickies under the control of Gert Wolfram and the Magus revolt in the mining camp located in Tennessee and escape, forcing the two men to recruit sec men to hunt down the slaves and either return them or kill them.

2099: Ryan is swept down the river, and the others assume that he is dead. They follow the river, trying to retrieve his corpse. Ryan is found by a man Named Paddy Maxwell and over the next 8 days is nursed back to health. On May 27 Ryan and Paddy leave to head to Twin Forks. Paddy is killed on the way, and Ryan barely escapes with his life. He arrives in Twin Forks on the 28th, and meets up with the others. On June 2st they board a riverboat and take a vacation. During the trip they encounter Gert Wolfram and the Magus. On the 4th the others are captured, forcing Ryan and J.B. to do their bidding. They are set free on the shore and told to go hunt down the Stickies. Finally on the 7th they fight their way into the mining ville, destroying most of it when they set off the fuel dump. They rescue Krysty and the others and use the Hot Air balloon to escape. Gert Wolfram tries to stop them, but is cut free and falls to the forest floor, where the former slave Stickies capture him and kill him slowly. The Magus managed to escape alive and unharmed. The group return to the redoubt and jump out that evening.

2099: The group arrive in a redoubt located near Dulce New Mexico on June 7th. Here they find a Land Rover in good shape and take it. They travel north over the next four weeks, stopping near the ruins of Calgary then turning south once again, planning to head back to Colorado to see Dean. While in South Dakota they rescue a man from a group of screamwings and take him to his home in Helskel. Here they meet the telepathic leader and stay with the group for several days until Lars Hellstrom forces Ryan and Mildred to infiltrate the redoubt located inside Mount Rushmore on July 11th, while keeping the others captive. J.B. and the others escape, causing a great deal of damage to the community when they blow up the fuel dump and make their way to the Mount Rushmore facility. On the morning of the 12th Ryan uses the gateway to bring them into the facility which has been heavily damaged and quite a number of the personnel have been killed. They use another gateway to jump out, back to New Mexico.

2099: The group arrive back in the redoubt located near Dulce, New Mexico. They decide to head to the White Sands military base. The leave the Dulce redoubt on July 16th. Then on the 17th they start to explore the White Sands base, and are attacked by both mutants, and a group of Soldiers who survived the war. They make their way through the base to a gateway and Jump out. They arrive that night in England. The next day they encounter the Celts, who capture Mildred, and they are in turn rescued by a man named Blackjack Gehrig, who takes them back to New London. They learn from a Celt boy they rescued that a plague is about to be released, and fight their way out of New London, with the soldiers from White Sands hot on their heels. They eventually reach the ville known as Wildroot where they break in, rescue Mildred, and kill Prince Victor Boldt, and prevent the plague from being released. They jump out after making a brief truce with the White Sands soldiers.

2099: They wake up and find themselves sharing the gateway with a group of Stickies. They fight their way out of the gateway and then out of the redoubt, and at the same time they are able to reload on ammunition and take extra weapons along with them. They leave the redoubt and travel, soon coming upon a huge army of Stickies lead by a mutant known as Kaa. Everyone is acting strange after the jump. Seeing nearly six thousand mutants, they decide to head to the nearest ville, which is Willie Ville. They travel through the night, and arrive. They are then captured. Krysty and Jak are taken to the zoo, while the others are placed in the 'cooler'. They stay their overnight, but the attack doesn't come. The next day Doc, Mildred and JB are taken to the field to work. Ryan is taken to the baron's hotel, where they decide to kill him by tossing him off the building using a long rope, not letting him hit the ground, until his leg is finally pulled out of it's socket. At this time the mutants attack. The battle is fierce and goes right into the hotel, where the Baron and his toadies are killed. With nearly the entire army trapped inside the top floors of the hotel, JB sends up the elevator filled with flammables, which he then detonates, wiping out the army. Kaa and his few soldiers take Krysty and Jak with them to the gateway and jump out. He intends to take Krysty as his mate. She breaks out of her trance after the second jump and escapes, meeting up with Ryan and JB. They then place a baby nuke that they took from the first redoubt. It detonates, destroying the second redoubt and catching Kaa in mid jump. The date is the 19th of July.

2099: July 20th. Lester Johnson is pulled from the burning wreckage of the Freedom city hotel and nursed back to health by a Stickie. He has been horribly burned and no longer looks human because of his burns. The loss of his looks, as well as his home and status has destroyed his mind. He builds up a small army of mutants to continue Kaa's quest for destruction.

2099: A group controlled by a man named Rollins blow their way into the redoubt in Florida near the former empire of Baron Larry Zapp. The sec men strip the base completely and leave a skeletal force behind to guard it. Four of these guards get into an argument in the lower level of the base and kill each other.

2099: The group arrive back in the original redoubt they encountered way back in Pilgrimage to Hell, four years ago. After spending some time exploring they come across a group of pirates, ambush them, and then rescue the surviving prisoner. They take her back to her ville of Amicus and then help the villagers fight off the pirates. After the battle, Touch the Sky or better known as Joe, asks the group to come with him and fight a battle that threatens to destroy a way of life. They agree as he offers to pay them in gold. They leave on 22nd of July and finally arrive in the valley of Ti Ra Wa on the 26th. Over the next several days, Ryan and his band discover that it's Joe and his followers who are the threat to the people in the valley, not the Wolf Soldiers. They then switch sides and wipe out Joe's force. Krysty is sorely wounded and they spend another ten days healing her, using the earth power found in the valley. Another three days pass before she is strong enough to travel, and they are forced to leave, and are told that they are never to return. They leave the valley and head towards the gateway on August 8th.

2099: They arrive in a gateway located in the western islands on August 20th. After leaving the redoubt they come under attack from a group of brush wooders. They manage to slip past the brushwooders, after inflicting heavy losses on the men. They meet up with the surviving member of a research team sent from the Heimdall foundation in Montana. They are heading towards a location in Colorado where a space station is supposed to crash in a few days time. On the 22nd after watching the space station crashing Ryan, Mildred, and JB are captured by a group of sec men and are then taken on a six day journey to Las Vegas, where they are forced to participate in a great game, to determine who will control the five baronies for the next year. Dean is also captured, along with nine other boys from Brody's school. On the 28 the games begin and with the help of Krysty, and Doc, they help Ryan and the others break out of the arena. On the way out they kill a number of sec men and Baron Connrad. They meet up with Jake, the head sec man from Brody's school and travel with him back to the school, on September 2nd, they leave the school, taking Dean with them.

2099: The group find themselves back in the redoubt located near former Baron Larry Zapp's stomping ground. Right from the start they discover that sometime during the past the redoubt was flooded, as well as broken into. They find a group of dead guards, as well as encounter three more. They leave the empty redoubt and make their way to the amusement park that was Baron Zapp's home. After spending the night with a friendly man who still lives in the amusement park, they continue to the coast. On September 10th they arrive at the coast where they obtain a boat known as 'Patch'. They hit the ocean and travel up the coast.On the 12th, during a storm the boat hits a mine and begins to sink. Krysty and Jak are lost overboard but the rest of the group make it to a life raft. A friendly mutant arrives and asks if they need help. It disappears but returns the next day to help them get to shore. Krysty and Jak are both alive and find themselves 'guests' of the Admiral Poseidon. The others are taken to shore by the mutants where they encounter a commune. They are given food and a place to rest. They enlist the help of the commune's leader as well as the head sec man. They attack King's Point on the 16th. The attack fails. Ryan and Shauna are captured. Shauna is killed by the Admiral and Ryan escapes when the Admiral takes him to the redoubt so he can get into it. The Admiral chases Ryan into his sub, then they head out to sea. The mutants use the Admiral's mine system to breach the sub's hull, sinking it. Ryan fights the Admiral, and makes it out of the sub. Poseidon goes to the bottom with the wreckage. On the 17th Ryan is picked up by the others.

2099: Late on the 17th the group head into the redoubt located at King's point and jump out. They find themselves in a small redoubt that was obviously used as a bio research centre. Krysty and Ryan both suffer unusual jump nightmares. During the night Krysty has sex with Ryan, but it's as if she's being controlled. They try to jump out the next day, but discover that the gateway doesn't function. They have no choice but to head out. JB determines that they are in the Guadalupe desert. Returning to the redoubt, they sleep through the day and head out that night. During the night they are caught in a dust storm but make it out alive. The morning of the 19 they arrive in Fubar and meet Danielson. In the late afternoon a group of Incarnates arrive, looking for the strangers. They are wiped out. Ryan decides that they are going to head to Aten and confront this god, as it seems that they might not have any choice but to do so. On the 20th they arrive in the city and are promptly captured, but not before inflicting heavy losses. Over the next few days they get involved with Nefron's plot to not only overthrow her father, but kill him as well before he can perform the Capstone Ceremony and obtain unheard of powers. He tries to take Krysty as his wife, using his mental abilities to take her over. During the wedding and capstone Ceremony she kills the man, and Nefron announces herself queen. She allows the group to leave unmolested. They arrive at the redoubt on the 25th of September and jump out.

2099: On September 26th the group find themselves in yet another redoubt. However, this one doesn't feel like a military redoubt at all. It feels more like a civilian base. They also smell smoke. Exploring, they find that indeed a fire has started and that a scavvie is being chased by Stickies. J.B.'s glasses are broken in the battle. They kill the mutants and help the man. They find that the redoubt is inside a hospital in Charlotte, and that it is a cryo facility, but all the freezies are dead. They hear about the Freedom mall and decide to check it out. They travel to it and take time to explore it. Due to the cost of replacement glasses for J.B. they have to find a way to raise the jack. On the 27th Ryan goes to the malls arena and fights a sec droid, winning. They now have enough cash to get J.B.'s glasses. That night Dean and Jak get into trouble at the local arcade and are thrown in jail. Ryan and the others are forced to work as sec men for a month in order to gain the freedom of Dean. Two days later Lester Johnson launches his attack and the mall is lost. Krysty kills the man, and most of the attacking mutants are killed. The administrator of the mall, Morgan, gives the weapons back to the group and they all leave. It's now the morning of the 30th and they are heading back to the gateway to jump out.

2099: September 30th. The group spent nearly two days recovering from a particularly bad jump. The redoubt they were in didn't contain any weapons or ammunition but did have enough goods for them to trade. They make their way to the ville of Hazard on the 2nd. There they encountered a Kirklands sec men and are forced to fight and kill the entire group. They then head into Hazard with a dwarf named Albert in tow and go about trading. Over the day they soon discover that Kirkland has no intention of letting them go and are forced to fight. Over the night Ryan and JB are able to set explosive charges around the hotel they were staying in. On the 3rd, after a night long siege, a new group enters the picture. A man named Handsome Wyatt arrives with his travelling circus and when he recognised Ryan and JB starts to fight as well. They blow the charges and escape, heading directly for the redoubt. They jump and arrive inside an ice encased redoubt deep in the arctic circle. They are forced to leave and try to find a way to repair the gateway circuitry so they could jump out again. They find a ville of Inuite under fire from Russians and come to their aid. The group then form a truce with Inuit and attack the Russian ship that night. During the attack JB is able to repair the circuit boards. The Russians are wiped out and they race against time to get back to the gateway as the iceberg is breaking apart. They repair the control mechanism and jump out on the morning of October 4th.

2099: They are surprised when they arrive back in the redoubt located beneath the hospital in Charlotte. Ryan decides to head out and see if it would be possible to head to Front Royal. After encountering a pair of Stickies, it's decided that the trip would be too dangerous and they agree to jump again. This time when they awaken, they find that the gateway walls are another shade of blue. They meet Dr. Silas Jamaisvous and discover that they are in Puerto Rico. On the 5th, Ryan, Krysty and Dean head out to explore. They encounter a man named Soto and Jorge. They implore the group that they help them rid the island of the muties, the Chupacabras. Ryan lets him know that they will think about it. The next day, the entire group head out to talk. After Mildred examines the corpse of a little girl, they agree to help get rid of the muties. At noon on the next day Doc and Mildred stay behind to help with the experiments. The others join Soto and Jorge and head towards the rain forest where the mutants make their lair. They discover a redoubt located inside the cliffs and find that this is where the mutants came from. They penetrate it and wipe most, if not all the mutants out. They also learn that Silas lied to them and so return to El Morro. Silas sends Doc forward into the future, then twice into the past and back again. He is confronted by Ryan and the others and locks them out of the anteroom where he fights with Doc, then jumps, but not before Doc damages the targeting computer. Silas is propelled all the way back to 1896. Mildred spends the day rebooting the mat trans computer, then takes a CD ROM which contains the jump codes for all the redoubts all over the world They Jump out on the 9th of October.

2099: The group arrive inside a new redoubt. They end up spending the night and Doc nearly loses his life in a freezer. But he recovers quick enough and they leave the redoubt on the 10th. They spot a single lone native watching them. Mildred later comes under attack from a huge mutant panther. She kills it. and they camp for the night. The next day they spot an effigy and a warning from the Children of the Rock. Late that night they find a group of people sacrificing a man. They intervene, putting the man out of his misery and killing the group. The next day they eat fresh shot fish and continue. They continue along and spend yet another quite night. On the 13th they find yet another bizarre effigy, this time of a baby pig. They follow a well worn trail, passing a single blind man who could sense them. They continue and come across a diner. Here they have a huge meal and meet with both the owner, Mom and a couple of members of the children of the rock. That night Ryan discovers that their meal was human flesh, and kills Mom. The next morning they burn down the diner and head to the ville of the Children of the Rock. They meet with Joshua Wolfe and learn that he had a history with Trader. All is forgiven and they are given a room with seven beds. After lunch they head to the nearby redoubt to find out if it is responsible for the hotspot. It is and is responsible for the mutations and sickness. At supper they are then drugged and have their weapons taken away. On the 15th they are forced to participate in testing. They win all three competitions, though Krysty nearly loses her life. Doc is very sick and Wolfe insists that he face his trial the next day at noon, no matter what. They help the old man escape that night. Doc is helped by an old woman who is later killed by the sec men sent after Doc. He gets his revenge. During the day a bad quake hits and nearly wipes out the ville, allowing the group to get out. They get their weapons and kill Wolfe from a distance. By dark they make it to the redoubt and jump out. It is the 16th.

2099: Cawdor and his band arrive in the State of Idaho on the 16th and almost from the start Krysty found herself in mental contact with a doomie who needs her help.  They spend four days traveling and arrive on the 20th in the Ruins of Idaho Falls. Here they discover a large group of coldhearts who are keeping the woman and several others prisoner.  They Fight their way past both mutant Ghoulies and the coldhearts themselves to get into the junkyard and wait out a storm. After a fight they escape to the river and force a man named Morse and his boys to head out to the river, eventually making camp that evening. The next day they head out and by the early afternoon the group reaches a trading post on the river and trade.  Doc finds himself attracted to a woman who runs it and is sorely tempted to stay with her but declines her offer and they help fend off an attack on the trading post and head to the boat.  They spend  the next four days traveling the river to get to a man who is part of the Heimdall foundation to help Krysty get the woman out of her head.  They help him fend off his ship from a pack of river pirates and make camp.  On the 27th they continue down the river to the dam that the foundation people had built to give water to the foundation itself.  After making a deal Ryan leads an attack on the 28th which eventually lures the pirates into the cistern and they blow the damn, killing the vast majority of the pirates.  That night Donovan's sister comes and removes Phlorin from Krysty's mind and they rest up and finally jump out using a redoubt near the dam.

2099: The band is traveling towards Front Royal, finally having found the time to see if the rumors of unrest in the ville are true or not. They approach the ville and get inside and find an inn. After a near battle with the locals they meet the sec chief. They learn that the people they killed were the sec men who were to travel with a trader to Front Royal. They link up with the trader offering to be the guards for passage to the ville. One October 30th they leave to Front Royal.  He wants to be at the ville by the end of the week.  That evening they are attacked by a swampie who steals a baby from some passengers. They kill the mutant and rescue the baby. On November 1st they are only a day out of Front Royal when they come across a cannie ambush. They wipe the cannies out and rescue a man who was from Front Royal. Ryan learns of Overton from the man. On November 2nd they arrive at the small villes surrounding Front Royal. Mildred and a man named Clem scout ahead.  Once there they split off from Stephen.  After exploring they decide to leave. Overton and Nathan are talking together about throwing over the other Baronies when Ryan and the others arrive. Overton tries to kill Ryan but it doesn't work. Overton has no choice but to offer him hospitality. Ryan learns about what Overton is holding over Nathan. Late that night (now the 3rd) they go into the barracks and kill Overton's men, rescuing Tabitha, Nathan's pregnant wife. It isn't long before Overton realizes what is happening and he calls for back up. Mildred and Clem take Tabitha with them to a cabin for safety sake until the danger has passed. The fight inside Front Royal is brutal but eventually Overton's men are defeated and they chase the group back to the base of operations.  During the fight at the base, troops from Casanova Ville attack as well and they are forced to fight with Overton's men.  Once the battle is over, Overton breaks the truce and tries to kill Ryan. One of his own men shoots him and they discover that the base is just a forward post for a major campaign based out of Shiloh. They repair an APC and decide to head out to inspect the various villes to find it. The date is now November 4th.

2099: Ryan and the rest are using one of the rebuilt LAV25's to head out and visit each of the Shiloh locations. On the way to the first one they are attacked by a group of primitives. That attack barely slows them down. When they arrive at Shiloh they discover it's nothing but sand and ruins. There is no sign of a redoubt. Ryan is nearly taken out by a mine and the explosion attracts the attention of several blueshirts. They have to chase it and kill them before they can report back.  After the fight they abandon the APC as it is too damaged to continue. They build a raft and head out onto the ocean. When they pass an island made of ruined warships they are attacked by the people on it who want the women. But a whirlpool helps them escape and they land at the bottom of a waterfall. Here wake up and continue, meet a friendly mutant beetle and help the mutants kill a huge alligator. They head to a ville and meet the baron. They get horses and goods in exchange for the skin of the Gator. During the night Doc frees the slaves and they are forced to run for it. They manage to shake off a group of cannie mercs and continue to travel on the road for the next two days. On November 8th while they are camped, a group of mutants who are symbiots with plants attack and take their horses. They follow the mutants into a ruined ville and start a holy war after killing the muties plant god.  At the same time they get a Blueshirt APC and more equipment. After they get back on the road they continue on the way to the ville of Shiloh. They are forced to disarm several trapped bridges and after killing the cannie mercs who are after them, they use the vehicle and bodies to make it look like they were killed.  Once they make it to Shiloh they see a huge plume of smoke which was the result from the escape of the merc cannies and Ryan spots Silas. He kills the man and they make a run for it, heading to the Tennessee redoubt.  When they are on the way they see a helicopter and Sheffield uses the kite to try and kill them. One inside the redoubt they are forced to fight a regenerating mutie.  The kite attack increases greatly and they are forced to head to the deepest level of the redoubt. It is now the 9th.  During this period of time, Silas used the Kite to destroy Bullrunville and Casanova ville.

2099: Two days have passed, and it is now November 11th.  During this time the kite assault was relentless and the companions barely survived it. When they finally come to they continue to explore the redoubt and find a door that was hidden that lead out into underground tunnels. They are almost totally out of ammo and have no food. They leave and discover that the surface is a hellzone of ash.  They can't leave. They search the redoubt and find some cat chow and leather and make a meal for themselves.  On the 12th the group leave the redoubt into the caves in order to find more food and hopefully weapons. They find a hidden ville that somehow survived the kite attack. Here they steal food and end up fighting the mutants.  After they kill the mutants god, they are declared the new god. They also find a half buried blue shirt truck and get more weapons and food. They get the food and have a good meal and then decide to do random jumps in order to obtain more weapons. Ryan and JB go first and find that they are in a redoubt probably in South America, but find no weapons. The others jump out as well, having varying degrees of success. They decide to get a nights rest. On the 13th of November Ryan and JB jump again and find themselves in Sheffields base and load up on a huge amount of weapons, ammo and supplies. They also kill more blue shirts in the process. Ryan gets his people to follow him into the tunnels launch a late night attack on the base.  They plant charges and kill most of the blue shirts and even end up rescuing Jak after he is captured.  The surviving blue shirts chase them and they kill Sheffield and the remaining blue shirts. After the battle is over they head back to the redoubt and gather Dean who killed Sheffields sec Chief after she tried to take him out.  During this period of time, Sheffield sent out two teams of men to explore the various satellite links around the nearby states. Only one returned. Baron Henderson of Casanova ville tried to attack Front Royal but was beaten off, and then he attempted to take over Green Cove ville by bluffing his way in.  He is blinded by the Kite and falls to his death. Most of the inhabitants of the ville are blinded or worse.

2099: November 16th.  Ryan and his band have been traveling on foot for a couple of days after coming to a ville that was suffering from a plague. They were helping a family escape the plague and make it to a new ville. On the way they are attacked by cannibals who steal Ryan's rifle. They chase the flesh eaters to the ville of Predition, where they drop off the surviving family members.  Here they discover that a man from the near by ville of Moonboy was taken by the cannies after relating a fantastic story about armored mutants that wiped out the inhabitants.  They decide to chase after the cannies.  They head through the wasteland and see the ville. The cannie leader, a man named Right Reverend Gore splits his people up to attack the strangers. Two are caught and killed by laser mines, as well as the female Cannie. The reverend tries to shoot at them but is captured. The invaders are using a copter like vehicle and they spot Ryan's group. They chase Ryan down and capture him. They take him through the rift to the shadow world and the others are incapable of preventing it. He meets the scientists on the other side and is treated like a celebraty. Ryan is taken out of the Totalitarian concept complex to meet with the heads of the five.  After the meeting he is going back and they are attacked. Ryan is captured by mercenaries. They hit the surface and see literal millions of people around.  They make their way through the masses and into an area that is contaminated by slime. A different group of mercenaries try to get Ryan but are unable to They escape once again and meet up with the leader of the Mercenaries that captured Ryan to begin with.  They join forces and head to the Totalitarian concept complex and help Ryan get back through. Meanwhile on the other side JB takes control of the group and tries to force the invaders to bring Ryan back by threatening the rocket. They are chased and after fighting off a huge pack of mutant coyotes and impressing the invaders are allowed to live. When Ryan and the others come through the rip in space, they give up and are allowed to live. Ryan and the rest leave them to their fate. 

2108: The Council of Front Royal begins and the program of unification is instituted. The barons are created in the Dulce redoubt in New Mexico. At least Nine special hybrids, who would eventually become barons are given life using the best of human DNA as well as DNA taken from the Archon Balam.

2113: General Graham Adams, Taylor Henstell and Long Johnston lead a great fleet to Ireland to take it back from the natives and once again put it under the control of Britain. Not a single ship or man returned. 

2116: The barons are created in the Dulce redoubt in New Mexico. At least Nine special hybrids, who would eventually become barons are given life using the best of human DNA as well as DNA taken from the Archon Balam.

2116-2130: The bloody years of the purification program where people who had even a inkling of the COG or Mat Trans units or many of the programs of the Totalitarian concept were hunted down and killed. This included the Baron Busters, or groups of people who actively and savagely fought against the unification program. Only Ryan Cawdor's group escaped the purge.

2141: Piotr Sverdlovosk is born in Russia. 

2143: Guana Teague is born.

2150: Kane's grandfather is killed in taking back the Tartarus pits by insurgents who believed that the ville authority was completely arbitrary. Many magistrates were literally torn limb from limb before the insurgents were finally wiped out.

2151 January 16th: Lakesh Lakesh is brought out of Cryonic suspension in the Anthill complex located in Mount Rushmore in order to help continue with the Archon Directive and unification program.

2157: Lakesh decides that he wants to wage a secret war against the Barons and the Archon Directive. He begins to work on gene splicing to create warriors to be used in his war. 

2158: Salvo is born. He is the product of Genetic Manipulation by the scientist Lakesh. He was Lakesh's first attempt to create warriors to use in his war against the Barons and Archon Directive. 

2159:  Skydog is born in Cobaltville.

2160: Grant is born in Cobaltville.

2165: Salvo's negative tendencies manifest.  Lakesh decides that his first attempt at creating the perfect warrior was a failure.  He tries a second time.  

2166: Kane is born in the barony of Cobaltville. His is Salvo's twin, and Lakesh's second attempt at creating the perfect soldier to use in his war against the barons.

2166: Lenya Ivornich is born in Russia.

2167: Sister Fand as well as Lawrence Karabatos wake up from their cryogenic suspension. 

2167: Sister Fand gives birth to the child that she was carrying after being impregnated by the Annanuki named Enlil. 

2168: Lakesh reactivates redoubt Bravo or Cerberus for his private retreat and way-point for his war against the Archons. He begins to upgrade the security systems of the base.

2168: Abrams days of a Magistrate come to an end. He goes into administrative duties.

2168: Lord Strongbow arrives in New London and begins to reorganize the people there into a strong thriving community. He modeled it after a police state. He brings back the old Anglo-Saxon traditions. At this time he begins to work with Enlil's genetic structure and creates a retro virus that melds his DNA with that of the aliens.

2170: Roberta J Berrier is born in Ragnarville.

2170: Salvo becomes a Magistrate.  Shortly afterwards, with the help of a man named Landenburg, he lost his virginity to a woman who was being held for questioning. 

2171: The security upgrades that Lakesh performed on Redoubt Bravo are completed. They include old fashioned cameras, infra-red and low light cameras, motion detectors and so forth.

2171: Brigid Baptist is born in Cobaltville.

2172: Lawrence J. Karabatos, after several fatalities finally genetically modifies enough men to create his first contingent of Dragoons.

2173: Sister Fand wants to kill her half human Daughter, also named Fand. She can't bring herself to do it. She is exiled from her daughter due to this act. 

2174: After the death of his father, Skydog, his mother, brother and sister left Cobaltville. On the way out a magistrate removed the identification chip from each of them, using a knife, ensuring that they could never return to the ville. 

2174: District 12 is established by the current soviet government. The main tenet of the organization was to discover any and all predark technology, including that related to the Totality concept. 

2175:  Skydog's sister is murdered by a roving marauder gang.  Later that year his mother dies from rad poisoning after passing through a hellzone. 

2176: Division 12 is formed in Russia.  The reason for this group is to form a bridge between the constantly changing governments as well as to delve into the Totalitarian project and find out the truth behind what caused the holocaust by searching the surviving records.

2176: Skydog and his brother meet with the Sioux in Montana.  They are welcomed into the tribe. 

2176: Dorjieff moves into Tibet, having been sent there from District 12. 

2176:  Lenya Ivornich's mother is killed in the Georgian State during an uprising.

2179: Skydog becomes the Shaman for the tribe of Sioux that took him in. He is also considered the local expert on wasicun, or whites, because of having grown up in Cobaltville. 

2181: After five long years of brutally dealing with roving bandits, would be revolutionaries, and Chinese expeditionary forces. The brutality and utter ruthlessness he employed earned him the title of Tsyansis Khan-Po, the King of Fear.

2182: Brigid Baptist begins her training as an Archivist in Cobaltville.

2182: Kane joins the Magistrates.

2186: Kane and Grant are paired up as partners in Cobaltville.

2186: The girl child Trai is born in Tibet.

2186: The basic tenet of District 12 changes ever so slightly.  Many agents are spread throughout Europe and Asia to track down 'Damned Data' and keep their eyes on their neighboring countries that are pulling themselves together, particularly China. 

2187:  Baron Ragnar begins to use a modified Specter Sub machine gun when he practices his shooting in the villes shooting range. 

2188: A man named Guende joins Baron Colbalt's trust.

2190: Baron Sharp of Sharpville succumbs to a virus that threatens his life. He is taken to the Dulce New Mexico facility and is saved. But his mind is no longer the same.

2190: After his brush with Death, and a weeks rehabilitation, Sharpe takes a mutie called crawler from the small mutie zoo and makes him his advisor. This is the same mutie crawler who had been the original Baron Sharp's personal pet, over ninety years previously. 

2192: Brigid Baptist begins work as an Archivist in Cobaltville.

2193: Salvo is brought into the Trust of Baron Cobalt.

2193: During a sweep of the pits Guana Teague is taken in for questioning. He stayed in a cell for days before a Magistrate set him free and gave him a communication unit. Over the next five years he had been contacted three times with various assignments. The first was provide names of Jolt Walkers, the second was to alert the Magistrates if any unusual tech was brought into the ville.

2195: Kane's father disappears from the public eye. He joins Lakesh for a short period of time in Cerberus. Later, he is taken to Dulce redoubt in New Mexico to provide genetic material for the new hybrids.

2195: The Archon Balam is transferred from Dulce Redoubt to Redoubt Bravo. It is now his permanent home.

2195: Piotr Sverdlovosk asks the Mongolia tribesmen he is in contact with to go into the Gobi Desert with Metal detectors, Radiation Detectors and other similar instruments. During this time the Chief's son Shykyr finds the black city and opens it up. Shortly after many of the tribesmen begin to sicken and die.  It was due to the release of radiation when the city was opened up.

2195: Dafore joins the group of exiles at Cerberus redoubt.

2196: Domi leaves the ville of Cuprum, her birthplace in south-western Idaho.

2196: A Violent revolution occures in Moscow and there is a change in government.

2196: Lenya Ivornich's husband is killed during the revolution in Russia.

2197: One night Guana Teague finds a pair of matched Uzi's waiting for him in his quarters. He knew that they were provided for him to be used in his assignments.

2197: Guana Teague's Third assignment was to provide the Magistrates the name of the best smuggler he knew of in the ville. He gave them the name Milton Reeth.

2197: Milton Reeth is given the job of supplying fresh genetic material to be used at Dulce redoubt. Over the next year he slowly begins to send inferior samples to the redoubt out of greed. Eventually Baron Cobalt tires of this practice and issues a termination warrant for him in June 2198.

2197: June: Brigid Baptist begins work and discovers a disk that contains a message from the Preservationist. The discovery scares her badly. Over the next several months she would be contacted by the preservationists several more times. The contacts will finally culminate with her obtaining a disk that contained the Wyeth Codex. It turns out that Lakesh has been feeding her the data.

2197: December. Guana Teague brings the Albino girl Domi into the Tartarus pits and uses her as a sexual slave as payment.

2197: After gaining access to the computers to correct a minor problem, Sindri discovers information about the Archon Directive.

2197: Weeks of research are thrown away when Sindri brings his findings to the committee of on hundred. They laugh at him and call him insane and threaten to exile him.  A month later revolution breaks out, and the humans, as well as 2/3rds of the Transadapt population are wiped out.

2197: Zakat manages to make the rank of Major in District twelve, after he arranged matters to make General Stovoski believe that he had been seduced a middle aged, oversexed wife.  

2198: Lakesh begins to notice strange readings coming from the Gobi Desert in the area that the legendary city of Kharo-Khoto is said to be located. He notices the change using one of the few surviving satellites in orbit. 

2198: Mid January.   Magistrate Barch, from Raganarville, plants data in the archives regarding the HAARP program and redoubt Zulu. 

2198: June. The Outlanders Series Begins.

2198: June 15th. Kane, Salvo, Grant and several other magistrates lead an assault on Milton Reeth's fortress in the Vesa Madre canyon. Here he discovers the gateway system and obtains a computer disk. That night he takes it to Brigid Baptist to have it decoded. They discover it's true nature. At a meeting with the trust Salvo is ordered to have Kane's partner Grant assassinated. Salvo contacts the pit boss Guana Teague to carry it out. On the 16th Kane and Grant are assigned a new magistrate and are told to do a sweep of the pits. Here Guana's two henchmen Uno and Dos attack. The assassination fails and Dos is killed. Uno escapes. Kane takes the evidence back to the evidence room. Brigid is also arrested as a preservationist. Kane is ordered to see Salvo. The other man takes him to Alpha level where he meets the baron and is inducted into the trust. The next day when Brigid is to be executed Kane breaks her out. He knows that Grant is going to be killed by the Magistrates so Kane tells him to make his escape. They meet in the pits. Grant encounters Teauge, his sec man and Domi. He kills Uno and Domi kills Teague. Kane lets Brigid know he is going to smuggle her into the outlands and they take a sandcat that Teauge owned. They are followed by Deathbirds into the Mesa Vedre canyon. They manage to shoot down one Deathbird and disable the second when they reach the fortress. Brigid tries several gateway codes before they discover that the one in the Darks is active. That is where they jump to. Here they meet Lakesh and the other exiles. After being decontaminated and disarmed Kane is taken to meet Balam. They are allowed to rest up because next day they are leaving to Dulce to find the truth behind the Archon directive. On the 17 they discover that Dulce is being used to create Hybrids like the barons. Kane also discovers the fate of his father. They kill a large number of the hybrids and severely damage the redoubt. They spend until the 19th resting after the encounter.

2198: August: Lakesh begins to toy with the possibility that there are natural gateway locations located on the planet. Each at points of power such as Stonehenge in the UK.

2198: August:  Sindri and his surviving Transadapts arrive on Parallax Red station and begin to recce the redoubts on earth in order to find a suitable place to move to.

2198: It is now the Middle of September.  Brigid and two other members of the Cerberus redoubt are in Mongolia. They had been investigating some strange readings and were captured by the locals. They have been badly beaten and two are dead. With the help of a Russian Brigid escapes and meets up with Kane and Grant. They capture one of the locals and head back to the states via a gateway. During the interrogation of the captive an implant inside his head kills him. Lakesh sends Brigid, Kane and Grant back to Russia to a gateway. On the twentieth they jump. After a brief encounter with a cult group they make their way to Moscow. On the 18th they manage to bluff enough people to get into the city. At the railroad they are separated. Kane is captured and interrogated.  At Colbaltville The baron is very upset over the treatment he received at the hands of Kane and wants Lakesh's help in tracking them down. Brigid and Grant steal a train and are contacted by Kane after he makes peace with the Russians. Over dinner they discuss the situation and the Russians agree to help them get to the Gobi desert.  The next day they head to Moscow's Airport and board one of the few remaining aircraft the Russians own. They travel to the Gobi desert and meet with the Tribes people   The leader of the Tribe is the father of the current Tushe Gun. After being betrayed by the Russians they get into a fight with the Tushe Gun inside the city. Turns out that the city is on an Archon ship.  During the fighting Brigid is exposed to a strange radiation which causes makes her sterile. Kane is badly wounded in his attempt to help her. After the Tushe Gun is defeated they use the near by Gateway to jump back to the states. 

2198: A man named Zakat survives the crash of th eTU-114 after he and three others escape the fiasco in the black Gobi. He travels through the mountains until he stumbles upon a monastery. Here he is taken in by the monks and meets with several, forming an alliance with Gyatso, the king of fear.  He seduces a young Tibetan woman named Trai. 

2198: Early November.  Beth Li Rouch is brought to the Cerberus redoubt from Sharpeville.

2198: November 21st. Lakesh has returned from Colbatville after learning that the Archons are going to be harvesting humans for blood and organs in an outlander ville. 

2198: November 29. Kane and his companions are in a sandcat heading to a ville in South West Idaho called Cuprum. It is the ville that where Domi was born and raised. When they arrive they discover that with the help of Magistrates, the Archons have already harvested the ville and killed everyone except a single old man named Makayu. They get into a firefight with a pair of Deathbirds. During the fight he encounters Salvo.  They have no choice but to let one another go.  On December 4th they arrive back at Cerberus.  When they get back Kane confronts Lakesh about the harvesting and is very angry about it.  On the fifth they learn from Lakesh that Baron Cobalt has formed a grudge force to hunt Kane and Grant down and destroy them. Lakesh wants the group to head to Ireland and test out a device he created to see if they could tap into one of the natural occuring gateways. On the sixth at midnight they jump to the Wildroot compound in the remains of England. They are captured by a group of Dragoons and are escorted to New London and meet up with Strongbow and Morrigan. The man, Strongbow gives the group a little recent history about Ireland and England, and then gives them rooms, telling them that they are going to help him get to the emerald isle. At the same time Lakesh is in a meeting with the baron in Cobaltville. The baron announces that Abrams is a traitor and has him taken away.  This allows Salvo the chance to drug and capture the old man.  The next morning, on the 7th, Kane and his companions are attacked by Selkies while going to Ireland. One grabs Morrigan and Kane goes after her.  The group are separated. Grant and Domi force the crew to close in on the shore where they leave. They meet up with some locals and are taken to the tribe.  When Kane awakens he encounters Fand. She tries to get him to remember but he refuses. It is only a matter of time before the group is reunited and they take the fight to Strongbow with Fand's help. They use a gateway opened by the hybrid and enter Strongbows laboratory. The fight is brutal and they win. They are trapped and are forced to use the device to jump back to Cerberus. Lakesh encounters Salvo at Colbaltville and is taken prisoner 

2198: Early December: Roberta J. Berrier is taken from her work station in Ragnarville and thrown into jail.  The incident scares her badly and is all that Magistrate Barch needs in order to win over her confidence. Soon after they begin a physical relationship and she approaches him with data on Redoubt Zulu, which he had planted about a year before.

2198: During the jump back to Cerberus the four members find themselves flung to important events in history.  When they arrive back at the redoubt they spend two days resting up and recovering after the ordeal. Kane learns that Lakesh might be in Salvo's hands. Brigid is determined to mount a rescue to get him back on December 10th. They prepare to go on the 10th and Dafore is with them to check on Lakesh when they finally rescue him. At the same time Salvo is ordered to meet with the Baron. He learns that he is Kane's Fraternal twin. And that he was behind  all the problems with Kane. He's placed under arrest. He's taken away and is going to be operated on by the barons personal physicians. Kane and the others arrive and they make their way through the upper levels. They run into a couple of the Baron's guards and fight them. Turns out that they are genetically engineered. They spot Salvo and rescue him and force him to take them down to get Lakesh. They get him and kill several mags on the way out. Domi uses a syn to prevent them from jumping to a different ville and is shot in the process.  It works and they jump back to the redoubt.  Domi is taken back to the medical ward and Brigid reminds salvo about what she called him and then hits him. Kane takes Salvo to see Balam. He slams the man up and forces him to see what he's been protecting.  He is overcome by the horror of it and begs Kane to kill him.  Domi requires extensive surgery and is recovering when Brigid visits Lakesh. She describes what happened during the jump and the old man is ecstatic. He gets her to wheel him to a computer to analyze the data. With the data they can jump back in time and possibly change history. Lakesh wants to do it. On the December 12th they finish the modifications to the gateway that will allow them. They test it and accidentally bring Doc Tanner back from the past but quickly return him. Kane speaks to Salvo and gives him the chance to come with them or die. The man chooses to go with them. On the 13th after spending the night preparing a tape to give himself, his past self.  Everyone is shocked to see that Salvo is going with them. They jump and arrive in the past beneath the world trade centers in New York city. Everyone is awed by the sights they see in the past and are blown away by the sheer number people they see. They pass a television and discover that they are in a different timeline, as the president is different. They go to a restaurant and read over magazines to catch up on the current history. A waiter brings over a drink that was bought for them from C.W. Thrush and a pair of MiB's. They confront him and he tells them that they are free to go and that no matter what they do it won't change the future. All three head outside and head towards the theater where they are to meet Lakesh. Salvo makes a break for it and escapes. They decide to head to the theater where they meet up with Salvo. He takes Lakesh hostage and they head to the roof. There Kane kills Salvo and then Thrush kills Lakesh before they shoot him. Thrush doesn't die but takes Salvo's body with him and escapes.  Kane and Brigid share a kiss.

2198: The nine baronies hold a council, clearing the secrets in the database about the redoubts.  They all agreed to recce the redoubts scattered across the continent, in search of the renegade Magistrates Kane and Grant.

2198: December 22nd, Grant, Kane and Brigid defend the pass to the redoubt from a a group of roamers led by a man named La Lupo Garou. They refuse to let them pass and in the end kill the man, and at the same time encounter the local natives and return several native girls the roamers took captive. Lakesh is talking to Domi when the others arrive.  Kane lets Lakesh know that the pass is now impassible as they blew it to take out the roamers. They then learn that the mat trans in Papa Redoubt, near the Washington hole has been activated. But they are unable to trace the origin of the transmission. Lakesh wants Kane to check it out.  Brigid meets with the latest addition to the redoubt, a beautiful Asian woman named Beth Li Rouch. Brigid isn't impressed when she learns that her sole purpose is to make a baby with Kane. Kane agrees to head to Papa Redoubt for a recce. Lakesh surprises them by telling them that he will go on the recce as well. On December 23rd, when they arrive at the redoubt Lakesh removes the memory core and the others explore, finding a body of a Transadapts and run into dead Mags. Outside, they see three deathbirds arrive and see baron Sharpe.  They try to run and during the fight Sharpe is wounded by Kane.  They head back to Cerberus.  Kane goes to have his injury checked out by Dafore. Lakesh learns where they came from and they discover that its a space station. Lakesh wants a recce of the station and they are willing, if not eager to go. They leave the 24th. Upon arriving on the station they explore and meet one of the Trans adapts. They are captured and Brigid meets Sindri, the leader of the Transadapts. Sindri ends up using a combination of the sonic Harp and drugs to force the three to go with him. When they awaken, Kane and Grant are being milked for their seed. When they finally awaken they discover that they've been on Mars for two days, making it the 26th. They are shown around the Martian base and given a history lesson as well. They also meet Sindri's father.  Grant and Kane plan their escape. They cause a lot of confusion by shutting off the gravity generators and increase the oxygen content.They are able to locate the mat trans after getting Brigid and jump to the Parallax red station. Here they prevent Sindri from carrying out his plan and nearly destroy the station before they jump back to earth.  On December 27th they are debriefed and receive an ominous warning from Sindri. 

2198: A magistrate named Rhine is assigned to the Dulce New Mexico base to beef up the security forces there.

2199: January 5th. Magistrate Barch and Archavist Berrier travel into Alaska to investigate Redoubt Zulu.  Here they uncover the HAARP project as well as integrate with the Thermonic Autogenic Robotic Assistance data network outfeed. Barch forces Berrier to link up with the computer, linking her to TARA.

2199: January 14th: Satellites in orbit over Alaska record bizarre weather conditions, many types weather taking place in a period of two days.     `    `                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

2199: January 27th.  Kane is in Louisiana. He encounters a group of swampies who tell him that a group of mags who are offering a huge reward for the capture or information leading to the capture of the renegades.  He fights and escapes them heading to meet Beth Li in redoubt Delta. At the same time Brigid, Grant and Domi are in redoubt Tango, the redoubt where Ryan and his companions discovered Mildred Wyeth over a century before.  They are making it appear as if someone had lived in it.  When they are about to leave they see the arrival of a trio of Magistrates and are horrified when they can't jump out.  At this time TARA, a computer hologram from Redoubt Zulu assassinates Baron Ragnar. Banks informs Lakesh that Balam is having a fit, and he checks it out. Grant and Domi learn about Ragnar's assassination.  They finally manage to jump back to Cerberus. Lakesh dismisses the others to talk to Brigid alone. When Kane goes through decontamination, he finds Beth Li waiting for him. Again he turns her down. On the 28th a bizarre weather system hits Ragnarville, smashing into it with violence that hasn't been seen since the holocaust. They lose at least one Deathbird.  Barch has returned to the ville and announces his intention to become baron. He appoints Royce the new head Magistrate.  After discussing the events, Kane and Grant head back to redoubt Tango, disguised as Magistrates sent by Barch. At the same time Barch assembles the trust, and when one of the members demands that he be arrested, he has Royce kill him, then initiates him into the trust. In the redoubt the bluff doesn't quite work, but instead of killing the man Kane and Grant take him captive. After a brief discussion with Lakesh, Brigid and Domi agree to go to redoubt Zulu and explore. Kane and Grant slip into Ragnarville and meet with a Tartarus pitt boss. At the same time Brigid and Domi arrive in Zulu and are surprised how warm it is. They go outside and are shocked to see that it is a warm spring day. Royce discovers Kane and Grant.  A squad is sent to get them and he goes to the baron. Kane and Grant discover what happened.  They also make a temporary alliance with Klaws, the Tartarus pits boss. Kane and Grant are forced to meet with Barch. He wants them to join him.  He uses HAARP technology to force them to comply. They all head to Zulu. Here they meet with Brigid and Domi, and learn that Barch was behind everything. Here they help Roberta/TARA realize what Barch did to her. She kills Royce using the Doomstar technology and forces everyone out. Outside Berrier rips Barch's heart out. Tara allows them to use the gateway to return but tells them that they have no reason ever to return. An ominous warning. It is still January 28th. 

2199: Kane, Brigid and Grant are near the Sioux encampment.  They can see that Auebach is about to have his manhood burned off by the natives. They are able to get his and Beth Li Rouches release after Kane fights one of the men. He gains a ritual scar of unktomi shunaha, the trickster wolf. After this they are shown the War Wag that had been there for over one hundred years. They agree to repair it in exchange for the alliance.  Back in the redoubt they discover that the capture of Beth Li was a plan made in conjunction with Lakesh to force Kane to go after her and rescue her. She asks Brigid to step aside and if she didn't, threatened her.  Kane made it clear what he would do to her if she harmed Brigid.  In Tibet, Zakat finally learns the secret of the monastery.   Kane and the rest arrive back at Cerberus after five days travel. The arrive on February 10th.  He is shocked when he learns that Balam wanted to talk to him directly. This prevents him from laying a booting to Lakesh. Balam tells him about the Chintamani Stone, and how he wants him to prevent it falling into the wrong hands. They discover Mat-trans activity beneath Manhattan and jump to investigate. Here they encounter Zakat and several others who are after a piece of the stone. When both groups come under attack from Scalies and one lone Stickie, they make a brief truce. After that Grant is trapped under a Blue Whale in the museum and the other group escape. After freeing Grant they jump back to Cerberus where Dafore announces that Grant is going to be laid up for a week or more. Lakesh is furious they didn't get the stone and they go to Balam. They release him and he agrees to guide them.  Kane is enraged after listening to him and attacks Balam, only to be given a telepathic history of the Archon people. After that they head over to Tibet, bringing Balam with them. They find themselves in the monastery.  They quickly learn that Zakat and the others left to find the last part of the stone.  The next day, on the 11th they head to the city of Agartha. They reach the city on the 12th.  They find that Zakat and the others are there. Balam ignores them and heads into it. They eventually come to a huge statue and a river, from there the city. They encounter three Archons, who point them in the right direction. They meet Balam and his father, Lam. Kane touches the stone and sees the parallel worlds, where he is killed. Zakat and the others arrive, and force Kane to drop their weapons by killing one of the Archons. Gyatso demands the stone and it kills him. Kane attacks and kills Zakat. Balam takes the stone from Lam who finally passes into the next world and gives it to Kane, telling him it's his turn, destiny to save human kind. 

2199: On the Thirteenth the group make it back to the monastery.  Back at Cerberus Beth Li announces that she wants to go back to Sharpeville, but Lakesh tells her its impossible.  Domi and Grant wait for Kane and Brigid to make it back.  Kane witnesses three alternate realities during the Jump. It actually takes time for him to reform, but Dafore announces him fit. At this time in Cobaltville, Abrams is taken before the baron, who tells him that he believes that the directorate might not exist.  He also tells him he knows the truth behind Lakesh's kidnapping. Dafore discovers that there are two sets of brain wave patterns. Brigid helps Kane back to his room where they encounter Beth Li.  She and Brigid fight, Kane gets shot in the process.  The wound isn't serious and he is allowed to leave. After the wound is treated, Kane meets with the others. They talk about what to do next, and Lakesh. During the talk, Kane picks up one of the stones and has a vision of three different casements, and of Col. Thrush. They all talk about what happened, and Dafore takes Kane aside and tells him what the EKG showed her. On the 16th of January they make the jump over to the first of the alternate casements, where the Nazi's won the second world war and control the planet. Here, in the space of a few hours time they encounter Colonel Thrush and expose his experiment, one that created the next humans, who were to wipe out humanity.  In the end they are killed by the battle class hybrids, but the knowledge was made known to the general public. They are returned to their own casement, mentally worse for wear but still alive. 

2199: No one can sleep after the events in which everyone died. Due to what they encountered, Kane decides that he is going to jump alone into the next casement. On the 17th he makes the jump,  but it turns out to be a trap, set up by Thrush. The others wanted to pull him out but Lakesh stops them. He doesn't return when he was supposed to. He eventually makes it back and despite the danger, they decide to go to the next casement. On the 18th of January when they jump, they have a jump dream where Kane and Grant learn that Thrush manages to kill Brigid. When they finally make it, Kane discovers that he and Rouch are partners and are investigating Roamer activity. They are expecting a trap. It is a brutal fight, and Kane learns that he is a cyborg.  The Kane from the real world takes control of his doppelganger when a man they are trying to capture is executed. Here Grant is the leader of the Black Panthers and has a huge bounty on his head. He is at the wall that separates the country and is waiting to ambush a convoy. Kane is under the suspicion that Beth Li actually tried to kill him. After the ambush Grant meets a rival gang wins a fight, absorbing that gang into his. Brigid discovers that she is being followed. Shortly afterwards The gang comes under attack by western collation helicopters. Poison gas is released on them. After spending the night with Rouch, Kane pulls up his file and learns about his doppelganger and is met by Thrush and taken to the trader consortium. Brigid beats her attacker and discovers that she and Kane are married in this casement. Kane is forced to watch Thrush interrogate a trader, learning that he is part of the underground.  When its over, Thrush traps him and interrogates him. He is satisfied that Kane is this casements Kane and tells him about Lakesh and how he is responsible for the Roamers. At this time Brigid is taken to see Lakesh. Grant is heading to meet Lakesh as well. Kane goes to Brigid's dorm where he meets her attacker. After discovering that he is indeed part of the DEI, Kane is forced to kill him when he attacks. When Lakesh is finished with her, she returns to her home where she and Kane give into their passions.  Brigid gains control of her doppelganger. When he leaves Beth Li goes after Brigid. She places a bomb and when it goes off, Kane is able to regain control of his doppelganger.  He meets with Grant and they meet with Lakesh.  They learn about hybrids being used in the Embassy and they stage an assault. Here they are able to expose the presence of the Archons to the general populace and when that is complete they jump back to their own casement. Brigid and Kane discuss their relationship on the other casement and he lets her know that he's going to be heading over to Skydogs people in the morning.
