Correct, right now BBCAmerica is running Doctor Who series one and two (all of Christopher Eccleston, and the first series of David Tennant). They might even be running series three now, I'm not sure. But Sci-Fi is the only place you'll see the new series four episodes for the time being.
As I said, so far I am not loving series four. I thought series three was just all kinds of awesome, with the only real weak point being Daleks in Manhatten. I just think they have gone to the dalek well too many times now. Then again, I am actually pretty interested in this year's inevitable dalek story, in that the rumor is that it features Sir Ben Kingsley as Davros. How's that for a performing arc? All the way from Ghandi, one of the true icons of strenght through peace, to Davros, the most hated megalomaniacs in the history of the universe.
