"Stories around the campfire..." Hmmm. Lots of possibility there, for past and future. Maybe a story where we learn a bit more about the companions' background, sort of like a day in  the life of.... We could have a memory of a significant moment, before they all got together. Jim's idea could be fab too.

I like the "stories around the campfire" thing too - maybe an anthology of short stories?

Avatar, my Son used to watch this years ago. It was good (not as good as Hey Arnold) and I enjoyed watching them with him. Sadly now at 16 he thinks all that stuff is cr_p and un cool.
I can recall an episode where they were looking for the fountain of wee which made me chuckle (in England Wee is a nice way of saying p!ss)

Yeah an anthology would be good -but will never happen, its too damn original an idea for GE and way off the formula plan they have for the series...

I'm about to read this book, so I have enjoyed the comments so far.
