    So here's a random idea, that likely already has been mentioned on these boards, but I'm not in the mood to scour the forums looking for it... but what would you guys think of a Deathlands MMO? I can already guess the two of the primary problems would be getting people interested, and the inevitable Fallout comparison.

    I'd love it.  Even in comparison with Fallout, I'd play it.  I kinda played Fallout imagining the world of Deathlands...  Minus the gaping hole where Washington D.C is.  LOL

    It could work. Instead of guilds-villes. Stickies instead of goblins. Magus as end of level Boss.

    Oh yeah, and adding the weather as a hazard would be absolutely fantastic I'd imagine.

    I don't know if I would want to come even close to the WoW model, I always found it overly simplistic. I think I prefer the idea of an RPG/FPS combination, something like borderlands, but less cartoony.

    And I agree, which is one thing that seriously bugged the hell out of me in regards to fallout 3, D.C. simply should not have been standing, not the way it was in the game.

    They had weather as a hazard in Stalker and it was more of a pain in the ass than fun.
